this was the perfect apartment. the communication with the managers was fluent, easy check in and check out. when you enter you are hit with a beautiful welcoming smell, also the beddings had beautiful smell. all appliances are available. the location is a stone away to all great sightseeings of Valencia

the douche could have a better shower head but it is a minor thing

While it was a little intimidating to drive to the property (recent road restrictions in the old section of city), there was onsite parking. The facilities were very comfortable and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. So happy we booked for four nights!

Learning about the road restrictions was very intimidating, but learned that alot of cities in Spain have adopted the practice so it prepared us for other stops during our trip.

Great location. Very easy to communicate with the hosts and really helpful when we arrived. Excellent left luggage facilities. Comfortable bed and a great shower!

Our journey to Valencia was excellent, although we stayed less than 36 hours. Case de Palamar is a charming flat, clean, comfortable and in a really nice position, near many places where to eat and drink. A special thank to Jorge and Heidy who helped my friend and me to collect a mobile we forgot in a restaurant. They supported us, at any time, with great patience. That is the added value :)

Excellent location, and the manager was helpful with clear instructions for the key pick up and drop off.

It can get warm in the sleeping area on the upper floor. A fan would have helped a lot.

We weren't sure where to find the bedding for the sofabed and no instructions were left. However, I phoned their helpline and they immediately helped me locate it (inside the sofa) and were incredibly helpful. Thank you!

The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and had lift access. It is centrally located in the heart of the Valencia, all the sight seeing places are walking distance away.

Locating the apartment was a task. Even though the owner had given instructions but still we could not find it easily. We made 2-3 rounds of the area and then eventually park the car on the side and searched on foot.
