We where 5 people, 3 days and we get just 5 capsules of coffee, if we liked more, we needed to pay.

Very nice quinta with apartments/swimming pool/bbq. The apartment was nice and comfortable with a lovely view from the balcony. The swimming pool area is fantastic with great view on the valley. Breakfast options very limited but plentiful (every day fresh break, croissants and natas).

The location is beautiful but quite remote from any proper towns so you have to drive on small backroads for more the half an hour each way if you want to do anything during the day/evening

Roads are a bit small and you need some time to reach next supermarkets etc

I never give a 10/10 but have this time! Absolutely loved this beautiful place surrounded by the green hills of grape vines. Everything has been thought through so well to make a stay comfortable and we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady. We loved listening to birdsong and just sitting and taking in the amazing views. Pool is great, sunbeds comfy (and allocated per room) Apartments are clean with modern kitchens and bathrooms and bed comfy. We loved the outdoor bbq which was stocked with charcoal and matches. Also a lovely touch to be greeted with a freshly baked cake and a bottle of their own wine. Cannot recommend highly enough and would love to return for a longer stay.

Nothing!! It's not a negative but more a suggestion that we would have liked to buy the Quinta wine at the property. Also, again not a negative, but guests should be aware its about a 20-25 drive above Peso de Regua on quite windy (but fully tarmaced) roads. It's easy to find using Google Maps. Best to take your provisions with you so you don't have to keep going up and down the hill, then you can just relax and enjoy your stay!

Stunning views from the rooms and grounds, friendly and helpful hosts. Wonderful couple of days, and wish we booked longer. Will certainly be back though.

Fabulous location, tranquil, great views, lovely pool and extremely friendly and helpful owners. We loved the personal touch of a homemade cake on arrival and a bottle of their own wine. Also some lovely walks around the location and our teenagers enjoyed the use of the loan mountain bikes.

We spent 2 nights here for our travels around the Douro river and wine making region. The property footprint is large with a big imposing historical building and a small chapel, but you get to stay around the back in high quality self catering apartments. The apartment are modern with a full kitchen and appliances. Heating is provided with 2 air conditioners. Bedroom is comfy and in the living room there is a Tv with a full range of IPTV channels. Breakfast is provided by the owner where she provides you with freshly baked pastries delivered to your apartment door in the morning, We walked around the area and the views throughout are marvellous. Highly recommended stay. For the evening, the closest city is Peso da Régua around 20 minutes by car.

The lady owner does not speak English at all so it was hard to communicate with a bit of the spanish and italian we know. Another is getting to the actual place without getting lost. Google maps does get you close but not exactly so you need to persevere and try with Sygic also. You also definitely need a car to get around since there is just woodland around the Quinta.

Amazing modern place with beautiful view. We stayed in a charming 2 bedroom apartment , two floors and balcony with great view. Great place for those who want peace and quiet. Wonderful walks around , Riding in a mountainous landscape to to the nearest small town , about 20 minutes. A delicious cake was waiting for us to arrive, fresh bread and croissants every morning. Perfect hospitality!
