Good hotel with good breakfast, very kind and friendly staffs.

The room was spacious (I stayed at the hotel extension). Breakfast was ok - fruit, muffins, pancakes, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, ham, cheese, some vegs, yoghurt, etc. Very basic and the same every day but it will do the job for a short stay. The bathroom was clean, the towels were changed daily. The was kettle and some tea bags in the room (not black tea, some lemon/herbs ones), cups and spoons. There was also a little fridge but I was not sure if it was working. I did lots of walking to main attractions of the city so this hotel is a good choice if you like walking and are not planning to commute. Supermarkets and shops not so far away.

The hotel booked extra deposit on my card in case I cause any damage etc. - if I remember correctly it was €100. It was not 100% clear for me ahead of the stay that this would happen. I came across this practice but in a fancy expensive hotels but this one isn't really like that. The money was not charged but for those who are planning to stay there, just keep it in mind. The street isn't loud but depending on the weather (I stayed in early January) keep in mind that they are not the best quality. Also, for those who plan to stay in the summer, my room did not have air-condidtioning. Coffee machine at breakfast lobby had powder creamer so definitely not for those who are crazy about coffee.

The staff was good to talk to. The location is decent, not great.

The bedsheets weren't changed at all. When I asked, I was told that I had to specifically tell the reception to change them - never heard of this before and I've travelled to many places The breakfast was very limited - I would have expected better options The room was way too dim There was no milk in the room for coffee

- Really nice location, not exactly in the city centre but close to all the shops. - Room was really nice and hot during all day. - They were coming and changing towels in the room every morning, something that really gain extra points.

- We were left without toilet paper 2 days, but as soon as we let the receptionist know about it, they gave us some and apologize for that. - Room cleaning could be better, for example when we first entered the room we found dust and rubbish underneath the bed.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel was very quiet at night, as the neighboring street is not busy. Furthermore, the surrounding area looked fairly safe. I wouldn't recommend walking around it alone late in the night, but it definitely wasn't sketchy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly return there should I spend another weekend in Brussels.

Room was clean and properly equipped, very warm - that is good during January. No problems with hot water in bathroom

Friendly reception staff. Room was clean. Location was good if you wanted to shop, it was a bit of a walk to the main square etc but this was OK for us.

Room was very hot! We had to have the window open even though it was minus 6 outside! Shower attachment had broken off the wall but reception staff noted it for maintenance.

The room was small and the breakfast was not too good.

friendly staff, ready to help. Good location. Clean. Looks modern. Got a complemetary bottle of water. Overall an OK place for a single night downtown.

Room was very small. Had a little table, but chair hit easily the bed and was hard to access. Bathroom quite small, my leg hit the wall when sitting on the toilet seat (and I am about 1.80m tall).
