Très bien situé proche de tout La chambre "suite junior" est grande comme il faut et meublé avec goût le seul bémol l'ascenseur se limite au 6ᵉ étage et pour accéder au 7è il faut prendre l'escalier avec des grosses valises : c'est compliqué. Le petit déjeuner très convenable rapport qualité/prix correct

Nous avons trouvé la chambre bien propre et nickel franchement, mais après le nettoyage des chambres pendant notre séjour(5 jours) n'était pas propre, nous avons retrouvé les mêmes tâches sur l'évier, le lavabo et la chaise anglaise, à croire que ce sont juste les poubelles qui étaient vidées.

Lift was hit or miss if it worked, 6 flights of stairs with a dodgey handrail. Very small car park so no spaces and local car park was very bad reviews for car break ins

I liked the bed and the spaciousness. Also, the location is fairly quiet and central. We had a good sleep there and we enjoyed the surroundings plus the lack of noise..

Some parts are old and not the cleanest Carpet walls, etc. I was also adly treated by the receptionist, one of the evenings . We stayed 4 nights and 3 without any issues. Last night I was going to my room after 23h am as we did every evening. My boyfriend stayed behind as he was parking. I entered and said hi to the receptionist and started walking towards the stairs. At that point, he shouted after me to stop and show my card in a very rude way. I asked the reason since the room was paid and I was just going to my room. He was extremely rude. I don't know what he was thinking I was doing in the hotel:) Maybe some prostitutes go there ,no idea. However, I was dressed in jeans and t-shirt so far from the Av Louise prostitutes look.. Luckily my boyfriend came we showed the card and left to our room. I was never asked by any receptionist in any of the hotels of my life to show the card. It felt awkward , and the manner he spoke pissed me really off. This incident makes us disregard this hotel for our next trips, which are with monthly frequency to Brussels. Pity as all the rest was fine except this guy who should change jobs.

El hotel está bastante bien ubicado, Zona tranquila y segura. Cerca de la zona modernista. Próxima al centro. La habitación era muy amplia y muy bien equipada. El baño justo pero bastante cómodo. Lo mejor: las camas, colchón muy confortable y el desayuno (se paga aparte) de excelente calidad, variedad y abundancia.

Las escaleras son muy empinadas y el ascensor es pequeño. El resto estaba todo bastante bien cuidado.

Bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner correct. Dommage que les sets de table n'étaient pas super propres.!
