Location was good. Price was fine. Free parking

They ve carpet in their room and of course with the shine of the science u can easily guess it will stink. Why! And not just rooms corridors too! It is nonsense

The facilities and breakfast

The staff, I am not from France and didn't speak French, I didn't find the staff that friendly and welcoming. I just feel it is a hotel, and the whole point of the staff is to be welcoming and friendly, I was asked for my room number practically all the 7 days and I didn't notice the same being asked for other guests staying at the hotel, which honestly came across as a bit racist to me.

Decent accomodations for a Toulouse airport transfer. Decent room, quite clean. Nice breakfast with real maple syrup for pancakes/creppes. Not too far from airport or rental car companies.

Uncomfortable beds; very limited dining options in or near the hotel.

Room, suite and breakfast were good

We would have liked a kettle and mugs in our room

Quiet and spacious room, comfortable bedding, great water pressure and could even take a bath. Staff was very friendly and arranging when I asked to leave my luggage in their storage room for a few hours on departure day. I did not take the breakfast so cannot comment.

Good location for this property, especially for the trams between the airport and the centre of Toulouse.

Staff were just generally unpleasant, very few towels or pillows, not much soap or toilet role either. Clearly scrimping on the basics, but not really passing those savings on.
