Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr guter Blick zum Meer

Sauna war nicht geöffnet, Indoor Pool und Jacuzzi nur mit - zu kaufender - Badekappe zu benutzen. Badeanzug hat nicht funktioniert, Zewas waren nicht vorhanden.

Breakfast: No new variation in daily breakfast items. Less options for Veg family. Room: Right side of the building rooms are very noisy room due to the exhaust fan running at the back of the rightside open space. Pool: The indoor pool was busy, so we weren't able to go swimming. The Other facility (Sauna and Steam rooms) was chargeable at $20 per person. Hotel Staff: The staff was not great while dealing with the issue. I saw them standing and listening to conversations while other staff struggled to communicate in English at reception.

Hatte mich spontan zu dem 1 wöchigen Urlaub an der Sandalgarve entschieden. Das Real Marina war dafür das perfekte Hotel. Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit der Mirarbeiter/innen alles bestens. Das Hotel kann ich deshalb sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Da infiltração de "algumas pessoas " que não sendo hóspedes e sem educação permitiram que menino urinasse para a piscina de adultos.... ficando depois muito ofendidos por se ter chamado a atenção para o facto. Para um hotel que se diz 5 * tem muito que aprender .... deveria filtrar os clientes....

La ubicación, y la cena espectacular sobre todo los postres. La limpieza y el servicio de sus empleados todos muy atentos y amables.

El segundo día la piscina climatizada estaba el agua demasiado fría y no la pudimos disfrutar, el primer día si estaba genial.

Fuimos toda la familia y estuvimos muy cómodos, la cama principal muy cómoda y amplia, y la cama extra también. Destacaría para bien el parking cubierto con cargador eléctrico gratuito, la piscina cubierta donde pueden entrar los niños, la zona de desayunos y hall muy agradables.

Las vistas de nuestra habitación a la parte de atrás desmerecían un poco, y los ascensores estaban un poco colapsados a pesar de ser temporada media.

Hot tub did not work, no repair was done,which was my favourite, Cash machine work for 1 day. They gave me separate room to my children, far from my room despite putting at note while booking.

Day one cleaner took main towels and didn’t replace leaving two small hand towels to shower Day two cleaner took the small hand towels too and didn’t replace leaving no towels we ended up taking two towels off the trolley when she was working the floor.

The views and setting were amazing 👏

We book a spa treatment for my husband's birthday and it was just the jacuzzi, we thought it was a short massage so that was a bit disappointing 😞 But the overall experience was fantastic

The fresh orange juice at breakfast was excellent, as well as some of the fruit and cold meats

The price I paid was for a luxury hotel however this was anything but luxury, the hotel fell short in several areas and was not in any way value for money. Very disappointed.

Location

The room we were allocated looked directly onto a very close and active building site. No privacy at all on the balcony or in the bedroom. Had to keep the curtains closed. This situation should be flagged at the time of booking. Also received an email from the hotel, prior to our arrival offering us to pre book buffet dinner costing €32. We are not big buffet lovers so passed on this offer. When we arrived, however, we discovered it was not a buffet but a La Carte. so we decided to dine and went to the restaurant at 7.30 pm only to be told they were very busy and there would be a very long wait. Specially for chicken !! There were only 6 tables occupied at this point. We decided to brave the very heavy rain shower and eat out. Not at all impressed.

Air con was a little temperamental and the pool wasn’t heated.

atmosphere was non existent music at pool is all depressing sad music. nothing upbeat. staff seem like they hate their lives and wer very unhelpful pool area had no atmosphere, a bit of greenery or decor would help food is not good at all. gym has no music and equipment is old and a lot broken

The hotel is exactly as it is on the photos, very clean today and modern , the bar area is very comfortable and the restaurant is also very modern and spacious. the gym has just about the correct equipment ans the spar pool is great . great selection for breakfast

the rooms need a little more maintenance and the taps in the shower are very difficult to use. The hot food was cold for the breakfast.

No tea making facilities in bedroom. No tissues nor face cloth.
