Lovely apartment with roof top pool.

Some general maintenance needed to pool area, looked a bit tired. The apartment had no salt and pepper, dish cloth or dish towel and no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid, they also had no plastic cups to take to the pool area and a lack of glasses in the kitchen, these are basic requirements for an apartment. There was also no literature about the local area, what to do, where to go!

It was in a nice location close to lots of restaurants. Good for waking around. Very safe feeling. They were helpful when we needed to change rooms due to a very heavy fishy smell. Also the pool is pretty useless since it’s only a couple feet deep.

It was poorly stocked. No dish soap so impossible to keep clean. Also no sponges or towels in the kitchen. Minimal equipment too. 6 big pots but only one sauté pan. Very few tools to work with.

Location amazing! Right next to all food places, 15 min drive from the airport, either with rental car or taxi. Swimming pool on the roof terrace. Two bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped, air con, massive terrace

It’s not great if you stay for some days as property does provide anything to clean after. No washing up liquids in the kitchen, no kitchen towels, no tea no coffee or sugar. Land up investigating in cleaning up products.

Noise from the bars across the road into the early hours made it difficult to sleep. The entrance to halls /lift was dirty /smelly and a bag of laundry( bed linen etc) was left there for days before being collected . I informed reception at the hotel and the laundry was finally removed but neither the hall to our flat /lift and entrance hall were ever cleaned there were even two cockroaches on the floor when we left after our 5 day stay. Staff very pleasant . The hotel feels like it doesn’t care about the apartments just the actual hotel . Very disappointing .

Excellent location, within walking minutes from great restaurants and ferries to the islands. 10 minutes by car from Faro and within reasonable distance from nearby towns. Spectacular sunsets to go along.

The fact that I had to plea with the hotel for fresh towels and bedding is outrageous not to mention the rudeness of the staff, like if I had asked for an impossible. There was a cockroach running around our suite on arrival and spent some time locating it and killing it. The suite was pretty dusty and they didn't do a good job cleaning it either, prior to our arrival. Since we had asked for the towels outside of the schedule, our cleaning got pushed out to the day we were leaving. Never once anyone came around to ask how we were doing or if we needed anything, you are pretty much on your own. So good luck if your toilet paper runs out before the next scheduled cleaning.

Generally everything went well.

The units have lateral views of the ocean. Fortunately, we were in the second unit from the beach, so had a pretty nice view, but if one were further toward the back, the view would be pretty skimpy.

2 bedroom apartment with all amenities, free parking, close to everything. Book with your eyes closed!

Lovely spacious apartment

Would be nice if there were some umbrellas on the rooftop and maybe some sun loungers on balcony

Couch could use a pillow or two. Kitchen stemware should be checked for chips n cracks.

Familiarity, been before and same good standard as previously. Good location for walking into Olhao.

Under resourced in kitchen essentials- no washing up cloths, cleaning products etc. Had to buy everything just for a few days stay.

there wasn't supermarket nearer or at least somewhere to buy milk pool at hotel was empty and there was a charge to use indoor pool

everything! great location, close to the shops, restaurants, sea, playground.. We had a lovely stay, my family and I were so happy with what we get. Apartment was very roomy, balcony was a bonus :) we just needed to buy a cloth. We definitely recommending Real marina residence :)

Very nice apartment I a very convenient location.

Apartment was very spacious and perfect for our stay.

The sofa was solid and not very comfortable, the kitchen had some strangely design ventilation blinds which did not keep the cold out.

not all doors had internal key locking system shower head loose small creatures crawling around not so appealing for children duvet was not ready for the sofa bed.

Very helpful staff at reception. Rooms were spacious and clean.
