Rooms were unclean, locks were not proper, towels were unclean and torn, no napkins provided, AC temperature control was not working

nothing,want they show in pictures is not at all same what you get. very bad experience rooms are smelling as if never has been used.

They took undue advantage of the situation by charging excess,thought the hotel was not fully packed ,we even got mail from the customer service to cancel the stay as the rooms were not for what we paid for but they were arguing with us.. and the rooms were pathetic smelling,old construction, insects were there, they don’t even change the towel on daily basis even we opted for suite ..

Room lock broken. Double bed small size. Attendees very slow. Issues not resolved during our stay. Very disappointing 😞 no value for money. Price very high.

The staff kept delaying giving information about hot water. The place was so dark and gloomy, the staff wouldn't give accurate information. I had booked the place for 15 days, but cancelled it after 1 night in the hotel. It used to be a good place with professional staff, it's not anymore.
