Near the Alegeciras port fair price (35€ in december) fair bathroom Free parking zone aroud the hotel but hard to find a place

Not very safe area Smells Tobacco everywhere in the hotel Not confortable bed No remote control for the AC so i can't put the heater (it was in december) Very noisy (you hear doors closing, people taking showers...)

The room and the balcony was exceptional, the staff was great, great location-right next to the ferry terminal and very close to the bus terminal.

The elevator was small.

Location, bag storage

It was too loud, the neighbors had a long disturbing fight at 2 am in the morning, it took 2 hours till they get calm. At 5 am there was someone hitting the neighbors door for an hour. It was impossible to sleep and they sound very aggressive. Never again.

Great value very cheap

Good location, our room faced the dock, great view at night.

Could clearly hear our neighbours, stayed two nights, different neighbours each night, heard them both. Halls were quiet though.

Location was good for Central area but quire rough

It was located at a perfect spot as we went by ferry to Cueta for the day and we were able to do it at ease. The room was very clean, view from the 7th floor was awesome and great location. The Information Centre us close by so we were given ideas on what to see and do for the day! Staff were friendly and very helpful!

They say that there is a parking but you have to look in the street or private for 10€. Very cold in winter.

The desk staff was SO helpful and nice.

No car parking. No even car stop at the front of hotel. I found parking 3 blocks away. Shady crowd in restaurant at the hotel entrance.

personnel - helpful, kind, hospitable, amazing hotel - is not new, but all is repaired, in good conditions location - perfect, 5 min walking distance from bus and train stations, 5 min from main square, opposite the main port, about 10 min from supermarkets. room - very spacious, very clean, equipped by all necessary

it would be great to have fridge or mini bar in the room

The hotel is right on the water, looking out over the water. The city centre is a few minutes walk from the hotel location, as is the bus station. The water pressure was also outstanding and a welcome bonus after a hot day on the beach.

My overall stay was good. However, the noise coming from outside was sometimes a bit loud. It would have been good if there was a kettle to make tea or coffee. Otherwise, no complaints.

We lacked a fridge in the room to cool our water in the heat of summer.

Nice location by the port. Good value. Clean. Overall a little dingy but it is run well.

Street parking was difficult to find. Had to park in a dirt lot by apartments.

The property looks uninviting from the outside amid a row of shops/bars but inside it opens up into a very clean if a little dated basic hotel. The proximity to the port is excellent and also for our appointment the next day.

Parking was not included and parking alongside the docks was find your own- which we did ok although a short walk back together with bags

Bed war terrible, some springs was broken and hurt legs.
