The hotel is old and neglected. The room was also old and not properly cleaned; lots of dust and hair on the floor. The hotel is situated a bit outside the city close to the train and bus station; the area looks dodgy and dangerous, especially in the back of the hotel where there were weird people going around. Hopefully we stayed only 1 night and we mainly spent time in Tarifa. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel for a long vacation.

Only the size of the room
- this is not a 4 star hotel
- The room had a lot of noise from 5 am from the bus station below, the windows did not close well and let in noise and smoke.
- They didn't change our towels the 3 days we stayed, only sheets,
- they didn't throw away the garbage. - The lighting in the room was very little, there were two small lamps next to the bed.
- There was no mirror in the room.
- the fridge didn't work ok
- The furniture was very cheap
- The breakfast was of average quality
- The location was very bad, the hotel was in a bad neighborhood next to the port, a few meters further there was a square for extradited women

Very convenient location for the port, bus station, and train station. Short walking distance from the town centre with market & restaurants. Bathroom was quite clean, shower hot water & water pressure were excellent. Staff were professional.
Some street noises which is unavoidable due to the location.

The location was perfect ; next to the train station and bus station and very close to the ferry terminal. it was modern, clean with a large balcony. we really appreciated a very nice take away breakfast as we has an early start before the restaurant opened.
there were no coffee making facilities in the room which seems common in Spain but there was mini fridge and a coin operated coffee dispenser on one of the floors

Rooms were clean and well maintained. It was what we were looking for: clean, good value,near local square and shops, and near trains, busses, ferries and car rentals. Basically, had everything we needed.
Frig did not work which was not a big deal for us. Let staff know.

Great locatiin for us, right next to the bus station for an overnight stay on route to Torremolinos. I asked if possible for an upgrade before arrival, they noted it and we were blessed to have 2 upgraded rooms, but one smelt awful of smoke, i didnt know smoking was still allowed in rooms, i didnt ask to be moved as i should of requested non smoking, my error. Lovely clean hotel, nice big riom balcony great staff.

I chose this hotel because of the location to public transportation. Sits over the bus station and across the street from the train Station. This was very convientent because I was taking day trips in the region
There wasn't much for food choices in the area but I did find enough. I only used the hotel restraunt once for pizza. Wasn't all that great.

Large modern hotel located opposite the train station, right next door to the bus station and a 5 minute walk from the port terminal. Large, clean rooms with ensuite facilities and great views from the room balcony. Friendly & efficient reception and superb 7 euro buffet breakfasts. For £37 a night this represents superb value for money.
