The hotel was very nice, had nice big pool 7ft deep,rooms were very clean and comfortable, the manager was very friendly and kind as soon as my husband told her we are on our honeymoon she gave us an upgrade to a Supreme suite which was very beautiful and comfortable with a balcony and smart TV in it which made us not to want to leave our hotel room. The staff were very helpful to everything we asked for. I recommend this hotel for you, Me and my husband will for sure come back next time.

The swimming pool time was strictly 8pm instead of atleast 10pm or 11pm. Other wise everything was perfect

The staff, amenities and location. Hance was exceptional, he always seemed to be around when we needed help. He’s knowledgeable about the area and provided information about the hotel.

There should be more options for breakfast.

The staff was helpful and courteous. There is a small playground for children. For our stay, the location was perfect. The room was enormous.

The room needed a thorough cleaning. It was swept and bathroom cleaned, but there were crumbs under the furniture and the walls were dirty.

There is a great coffee place next door

Many doors in the corridors show clear signs of burglary, with broken or repaired door frames...despite security it felt unsafe.

I don't like anything in the hotel

hotel receptionists are not doing their job properly.
