The best of all was the receptionist Mónica!! So helpful and kind!! She was really nice to us!! Without a doubt whatsoever, we would stay in this hotel again and again!!

Location is perfect. Staff is extremely helpful. Bathroom is fully stuffed with all accessories.

No room isolation. I would add a kettle in a room.

The room was clean and got cleaned every day. The personnel even though they didn't speak anything besides Spanish (what for some might be inconvenient), they were trying to be helpful and were very polite.

Our room was next to the elevator, which made a lot of noise especially during the night. We had trouble sleeping when the elevator was going up and down when the rest of the guests were returning to their rooms. Furthermore, our room (and guessing the other rooms as well) was very noisy and the walls were thin. We could listen to furniture moving and doors closing all the time.

It’s close to the metro station and also walkable to some of the major museums. the room we had was very quiet too. The front desk staff was extremely helpful whenever we have a need.

Helpful staff. I had a language barrier in regards to using the train. The woman at the desk walked me to the station and helped me understand I could use my long distance ticket to use the train to get to Chamartin for free, after many patient minutes.

The library upstairs is great to work and has a beautiful view of the city. Right next to the metro station and not a far walk to the center. Staff were really kind and helpful.

The stuff is very nice and polite. The room was huge and sparkling clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
