Very nice place to stay, we had a lot of room spaced out for privacy. There was plenty to do around and also just at the house. Definitely will stay here again, thank you for the great hospitality.

Amazing...Beautiful Home in a very nice neighborhood with spectacular views of the Mountain. The house was SO much larger than we had imagined. Great layout with PLENTY of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy yet come together as a group. Conveniently located to all attractions/ points of interest . Highly recommend the house for a group or large family. Good Night Stay was a pleasure to work with .

Beautiful home-
We stayed at the home in April. The home is nice. It’s sprawling. A Lot of room. The place is very old but well kept and clean- however
The pool hadn’t been cleaned in i don’t know how long? Months? When we got there it was horrific- but the pool guy showed up some hours later and cleaned.
The only downside to this property is that it has sound sensors on the outside abs 3 people casually talking at 10pm set off a slew of txt messages and threats to call the police and a 5k fine. Even though this property is literally on over an acre of land and I have no idea how the nearest neighbor could hear you TALKING with no music on.
Overall would stay again if the price was cheaper and the owners would lighten up literally just enough so 3 people could LAUGH outside without being threatened.

House was large clean and very comfortable beds however outside was disappointing as the weather during the day was beautiful and we could not take advantage as the pool heat was broke

Beautiful home and property. However, not well appointed lacking basic supplies and some of furniture was in disrepair.

What It Could Have Been
There was alot of hope when we arrived, alas it turned out there was alot of disappointment! As it was discovered that NONE of the DOORS locked and we had small children!! The pool with no fence was right outside ALL the unlocked doors!!!! It took the property management several hours to get Bob to the house. He arrived at 10PM! and left at midnight!!
Two days later it rained the entire day and the roof started leaking!!! The management team DID NOTHING!!! Luggage was soaked and one of our phones is still not right!!
Then the TVs were only able to work on streaming, but NO SOUND!!! Again the management sent people that could only get ONE TV to work!!!
Overall a very SOUR experience for our family Christmas!!
but Goodnite got the money and didn't care about us!!!

Beautiful home with accommodating host!
Home is even bigger than it looks in the photos and every bit as beautiful. There were some small issues on check in which were fixed with a quick call to the host. Thank you for the great weekend!

Spacious conveniently located home
This comfortable home provided the space for a comfortable stay and the convenience to many parts of Phoenix that we needed. The pool heater was apparently broken and this was a huge disappointment because one of the parameters we considered in renting this home was a heated pool.

Wonderful stay!
My group and I stayed for a bachelorette party. We had an amazing time! The pool and outdoor area is stunning and we had more than enough room for everyone (our party was 13 people). Overall beautiful and huge house!

Beautiful pool in an excellent location!
Overall we had a wonderful time! The pool is amazing! The location is also superb. It was great for a large family; very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We needed more bath towels, and the response time was great. Also, the pool heat was questionable, and the property manager did their best to make it to our liking. However, many things in the home did not function properly: broken pool net, broken cabinetry, broken bunkbed ladder. Many of the plumbing faucets also had the hot/cold set in opposite fashion which became a concern for children. Ice maker broken. Do doors to pool lock? That’s a safety concern. Cleanliness was not to our standards: trash left in drawers, old contact lenses on bedroom windowsill, no hand soap in kitchen or bathrooms, windows to pool very dirty, and grill was unusable due to grime. Trash cans overflowing upon arrival. Also, maybe think about getting cable? We were there during March Madness and had to watch games on an iPad.
With all this said, we did have a fun FAMILY vacation with Grandparents and children. However it ended with a $100 charge for damages which is laughable-what a joke! You should be giving me a credit. Property Manager customer service has failed to respond after charging my card without permission. Lesson learned: I should have made them aware of every issue upon our arrival.

Lives Up to High Expectations
This place is truly incredible! It lived up to the highest of expectations for our group. Great location. Great view of Camelback Mountain. Great setup for a large group. I kept thinking there would be a "too good to be true" moment but it never came. I highly recommend this property.
