the staff was friendly most of them around some it was ok

key didn’t work after a day and we had to go 2 times to get it fixed. and we didn’t have water so we had to buy which took a bit long but was ok check out was 12 but at 11 they reset the key so shouldn’t be like that therefore we did check out late thanks they didn’t say anything. buffet we didn’t have it one day because very early they took it.

We had to change 3 times the room in a 4 night stay. 2 of the rooms had the security box without batteries, so every time I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to fix it. Also all the rooms had lights not working, so the rooms were dark. It was a nightmare to stay there. I arrived late to my own wedding party due to all these problems changing the room and with the security boxes and the time that they took fixing all the problems

The location in front of the beach is beautiful. the staff was very friendly.

some of the facilities are older and with out good maintenance. The policy of the jacuzzi is just a signal on the wall, you cannot access to the service. The staff at the reception, restaurant and bar don’t speak English. When you are on the beach and you want to drink or eat something, each time the staff service you, the hotel charge the amount of service room. If your room have direct access to the beach be aware because you can have a big party through the night. Remember, when you do the check in, you should to pay at front the total of your reservation.

Beach and pool facilities are very nice

Food service was below our standards. Poor presentation of dishes, quality of food below average considering the hotel category. Didn’t like at all the Sushi at the 17th floor restaurant.

It’s getting a little bit old

some staff was amazing. The suites are big and comfortable. The pools are really good. Zubolera is a cool place to have fun. Staff in general, are open to serve.

Not very kind to pregnant women. My wife (4 month pregnant) was not allowed to the Jacuzzis. check in at 4pm is a mess. The kids zone is nice but a little isolated. They could have a zone for babys. No diaper changing station in bathrooms!!!! wifi in roms was on and off. During an event over the weekend, seats on restaurant were prioritized for them. There is a band of thieves in the beach. They camouflage as sellers. We saw in just days, how they operate and managed to steal a phone from te tempts.
