Exceptional and huge room, antique décor in an old and extremely well-kept building. Perfect location in the centre of Catania. Fabulous.

The location was very good for shopping and it is at centre of catania. The rooms and the bathrooms are big, cleaning and nice

The A.C. is not good as much

Spent 3 days with no water in the room and no help from reception she said she can do nothing really dissapointed

The aircon wasn’t strong enough for the room! for the entire night it didn’t get below 31 degrees. plus bed creeped every movement.

it was right in town. Right in the middle of everything. The staThe The staff were terrific and really helpful. my room was huge, and although a little dated, was clean and functional. I must impress on the fact that the staff were just excellent

Location is great. Spacy room. All clean. Enough amount of towels. Nice new bathroom. 24h acces.

No breakfast. No service at the reception after 20h. Need to bring a set of keys with you all the time. Common places in building are a bit scary at the night. Hotel itself is one floor in old building. We even meet huge cockroach on the staircase, maybe because on the ground floor is a small cafeteria ( I don't recommend to use theirs services...) . But hotel itself is fine clean and good price for such big room. I expected at least window or balcony to the main street. There were balconies and windows but all to the buildings side. It's more like B&B but things like kitchen equipment is missing. At least knife, some plates and spoon would be nice... Only really small fridge with beverages. Don't expect to cool down a 1.5l Fanta there, no chance.. but to hide a small portion of food, in case you pack out the provider "minibar" in advance is possible. Suitable as one night stay. Maybe one more thing, there was a wi-fi but works only on the sofa.. and in bathroom. It's pity, solution would be easy, just relocate wi-fi spot in the somewhere else.

The hotel's location is very central and easily accessible by bus from the airport. It is also very close to shopping malls and other department stores which makes it a good location for shopping. The room was a bit noisy as it was facing the main road which is rather busy and noisy at times.

Reception opens at 7.45/8.00 and we had to wait outside for it to open. Would have been convenient if it opens either 24/7 or at least at 6.00 am.
