doors hard to lock, clogged showers, toiletries does not include toothbrush and tooth paste, staff doesn't answer phone calls even though we can hear them talking, buffet breakfast consist of 3 meals, no brewed coffee

Staff was kind and did their best to help us when needed.

Facility was very run down compared to photos. Very much a catfish. There was garbage all over the waiting area. Room didn’t give the appearance of a thorough clean.

Its not the hotel but other guest are putting their trash outside their door without putting it properly in their trashbin..making ants crawl over the floor I hope theres a room slippers also

though it’s not a dislike,it could be better if a mini-bar is provided. but they allowed me to use common chiller at reception area.

We did not like our room at all, it needs a complete renovation. The room itself was big enough, but he bathroom was very small with old furniture and it was not really clean. They didn't even bother to fix the shower curtain, which was broken. The room was also old looking, the walls were "cold", no decorations/pictures, the bed was very big, but the blanket was too small for the big bed. There was only one window, which was very small and had some kind of nets in front. The towels were stained and smelled bad. Some of these issues can be easily fixed and would have made our stay way more comfortable!

I was expecting a queen size bed, they gave a single bed, breakfast is only till 8am and both days they didn’t have any fruit or eggs. Lunch menu wasn’t available
