Hotel staff was good and professional. Suite was neat and clean. The environment was good.

1. Rooms need repair and maintenance. 2. TV remot didn't had any battery in it. 3. AC was throwing water on the bed. 4. We were only provided with 2 small bottles of water. 5. There was only 1 tooth brush kit and one sleeper set against the booking of 2 persons. 6. Towels had too much chemical in them from dry cleaning, that i had to shower again after cleaning myself with the towel. 7. Body wash and shampoo was cheap quality, bulk products in dispensers. Not in travel kits. Overall i would say, they are trying to be a 4 star hotel, but need improvements.

The first day it was a bit less and the 2nd day it was appropriate.

Location

The room was not "non-smoking," as described. The smell of cigarette smoke was irritating. It was difficult to breathe. There was an iron but wasn't working as described.

Staff and location is excellent. Pharmacy and food shops are near. Staff is good.

I stayed in room 305. The room was very bad. The bathroom is verrrrrry small and dirty. Kitchen sink is dirty, the sink was burnt. The AC of the lunge was not working. AC & TV remotes were broken. This was my third time in same toot house, but this experience is worst.

My second visit. It was nice.

AC had issues - waterdrops from the split ac on bed.

Excellent location specially those who are traveling to riyadh. Other facilities are also nearby.

The hotel was easy to reach to. Parking places are limited but you can still find a place. Don’t park opposite to the hotel to the side of the street as you may get a fine. The receptionist was ver helpful and friendly The hotel offers a complimentary Saudi Coffee and dates that will be delivered to the room upon request. The location of the hotel was good as it is near a busy street which has different shops. I recommend visiting Taif National park as it was only a 15 minutes drive away from the hotel

The furniture was simple so was the breakfast, still it was ok. The floor and the couches needed to be cleaned better as there was a lot of hair from the previous clients.
