De kamerbediening was heel goed, Habib was een aardige man

L'emplacement était très proche de l'entrée 79( pour les gens qui font la omra). Personnel du nettoyage au top.

On a demandé un couteau pour la cuisine mais on nous a précisé qu'il faut payer pour ça c'est une honte pour un hôtel pareil et surtout le prix qu'on a payé. L'espace réservé aux enfants n'était pas gratuit. tout est payant dans cet hotel... Le restaurant du petit dejeuner pour y accéder c'est une galère...prendre l'ascenseur ensuite sortir vers une terrasse et tourner à droite puis à gauche puis à droite puis à gauche ... bref un labyrinthe...

Clean property, professional staff.

Rooms are not quite sound isolated. I imagined a partial view at Haram would be more panoramic, from the 12th floor, only the area around the Haram and outer walls can be seen. Not sure if upper floors have a better view.

Location is excellent and even the reception staff (lady) were excellent during the check in. Again location is great and very convenient.

Spoke to the reception manager on phone to discuss late checkout options and he came across quite rude and arrogant rather than being polite and friendly which was a put off. (We happily paid the price for late checkout which we did at 8PM). The shower facilities could be a bit more clean plus the hot water was boiling hot and is a concern if you have small kids as it was instant when you turn the temperature on the tap. Plus the room we were in had a small coffee table which was a hazard and nearly all in the family members banged their foot on it plus it was so heavy that we couldn't even shift it to one corner. That table really needs to get replaced. Room number 31118 Tower 3.

Location is perfect. Very close to Haram. Take tower 2 if possible, thats the closest to king abdul aziz gate. I took a family suite with partial haram view. The access to room has stairs which was the lowest point of the trip and hence the rating of 7

Stairs to room was unexpected. Left a sour taste especially when travelling with parents. Size of the room is small compared to other similarly priced and similarly located places

الفندق جدا قريب من ساحة الحرم وخصوصا لما عرفونا موظفين الفندق على البوابه الي تطلعك على الحرم مباشرة..جدا كانت عمليه ومريحة واللفت سريع ومش مزحوم . علما يوجد بوابه منفصله لكل برج وكلهم ينزلون على ساحة الحرم. الاستقبال كان جدا رائع والموظفين جدا متعاونين.

You have to order a taxi ( extra fee) or walk a long distance to reach the main road to find a taxi

الاسنسيرات مزدحمة ويصعب الحصول عليها خصوصا في اوقات الصلاة كروت دخول الغرف لا تعمل بشكل جيد

Close to Haram

Rooms are not equipped with up to date outlets with usb and usbc. Also don’t have outlets that use multi facet plugs.

Better toiletries needed , more towel 1 for each guest

The property was near the haram and the staff was very good. The guy on the reception MuhammadHalwan and the room service guy jahangir were good i have talked to these two during my stay.

The security staff (red pants) have really bad attitude. We were already in the parking in front of the reception but they did not let us down. We had to go out and drop our luggage off on the road with kids. That was not very pleasant.

Location Separate sink in the room where the job for warming food or cooking

As we were n a family room - there was stairs going up to the room; It’s difficult to go up stairs with big heavy suitcases.
