The toilet/Shower area with a common sliding door, the size of the shower and the toilet design is not suitable for a tall person.

Very professional and friendly staff. The room is beautiful, comfortable bed and great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious

The rooftop pool is incredible! Views as well as the cleanliness of the amenities were incredible. It was our anniversary trip and we even received complimentary cake to celebrate! I couldn't recommend more.

It was a bit quiet but I reckon that's just normal in this time of the year. But all facilities were open as usual and made for a really lovely stay experience.

世界遺産の街『ホイアン』に徒歩５分で行けるので、とても便利でした。お部屋は豪華な雰囲気で、落ち着きもあり良かったです。宿泊したお部屋からの眺めはイマイチだったのが残念です。2か所のプールもそれぞれ素敵でした。屋上のプールからの眺めは素晴らしく、ホイアンの街が一望できます。 スタッフの方も親切で、深夜到着にもかかわらず、客室への案内も丁寧でした。また、チェックアウト時、私たちの要望を可能な限り叶えてくださったのもありがたかったです。 ホテル内のレストランの評判が良かったので、ランチでパスタをいただきました。どのパスタもとてもおいしかったのでお勧めです。

Location and staff

all excellent, service, staff, food, cleanliness, nothing to complain, the staff especially made our stay comfortable and safe. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Breakfast was 11/10. Rooftop pool was excellent and pool service was good when asked. Location perfect for Old Town activities and action and a short ride to An Bang Beach. Rooms were clean and modern.

We were fortunate enough to get a good deal as it was originally out of our price. The gymnasium could do with some additional equipment - very basic and small. However, we really cannot fault this hotel and will definitely stay again next time we visit Hoi An.

This Hotel would be one of the best ones I have stayed at in south-east Asia. The Hotel is conveniently located; ‘close enough’ to walk to the hustle and bustle of Hoi An Old Town and ‘far enough’ so one could be away from it if you wished to. I believe that the heart and soul of the Hotel comes from staff who makes or break one’s stay in any establishment. My very first mention go to Chef ‘Tuyet’ for her friendliness and hospitality over and above what I had experienced so far. Her cooking of my omelette and making of my very first ‘cao lau’, a local Hoi An noodles, is simply ‘exquisite’. I’ve never said that about food ever, I don’t think 🫰🏽🫶🏽 Other staff to mention are ‘Chi’ for her very nice coffees and assistance, front desk staff, Vy and Quynh and ‘Bao’ the porter. Many thanks to all staff at the Hotel Royal Hoi An - MGallery for making our stay a very memorable one ❤️

The pools are wonderful, breakfast cold not possibly be better. Get a balcony room & you won’t be sorry for paying extra. Nicest place we stayed in Vietnam.

Other guests uncouth behaviour, but this was quickly handled by staff.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were so attentive and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional as was the restaurant food for all meals excellent chef. The location was perfect.

Hard to find entrance at night. Not very clear what doors were locked and couldn’t get in nearly at night. Staff weren’t available to help

This was our second visit in 5 years. It remains the most beautiful hotel. Young staff who had started when we were there last had risen the ranks to management. Always a great sign of a place. All staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly.

What a gorgeous property, absolutely beautiful, the room was modern Asian and it had windows that opened which was nice to see the view over Hoi An. The pools are beautiful, especially the ground floor one, great place to relax. The staff were very attentive, nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was the best, every option imaginable!

The ambience is quite dark, the room is small, the view overlooking to the river but that part of the river looks like a canal. In room dining is not so great. The interior decor - unlike other M Gallery hotels- looks old. it is not worth the money we paid for.

Had an upper floor room with view over main pool - clean and well kept. Fresh breakfast with lots of options. Roof top pool has a Bar Service and view back over the river. Hotel is located 5-10 mins walk to start of old town / night markets. Electric buggies and Grab available at minimal cost with Friendly drivers. Hotel organised a driver for a day trip to Ba Na hills - spacious car and professional pick-up/drop-off. All staff very helpful.

- The lobby renovation is a bit outdated, with strong paint / chemical smell.

Customer service was poor. Perhaps it was language barrier, but everything from the booking of cat transfer to the payment/ check out process were painful. Our driver was lovely and there were some good hint of potential hospitality (bar drinks and snacks) but this was all cancelled by the checkout process where we were charged twice for our stay (5 nights); we were doubtful that such a huge error could happen but it did. We found out that we prepaid for 5 nights and at check out, the concierge insisted that we didn’t pay. apparently it was a system glitch and the hotel manager wrote to apologise and with the promise of a refund. that was in April and we’re still waiting for the monies to hit our account. do better.
