Perfect location and worth for money

Location was good. close to some restaurants/ eatery and marts.

water leak in the bathroom which was a slip hazard. Wasn't even fixed properly after we complained. Laundry facility wasn't working for the 3 nights we stayed. Breakfast is the same the whole time. Didn't have ironing service/facility when we asked reception. At one point the reception staff didn't speak and understand much English. We might have been unlucky at the time but beware. We regret our decision to pick this one.

They should do some renovations to the bathrooms.

Location was pretty convenient, as in the other side of the road there was a food hall with many local warungs. Also stuff is very nice and polite. Although the price for the room was ridiculously cheap as a plus.

The room smelled really weird, like burned plastic. Also the furniture looked old and tower looks not fresh. Furthermore in the bathroom were many small bugs and ants. The sink and shower were pretty dirty. For the breakfast there was nothing to eat for vegetarians, and all food was cold. The fruit selection was limited and they tasked like cut with a dirty knife.

Good location, staff and facilities.

The breakfast was okay. The housekeeping did a good job. The staff were really kind and welcoming.

We requested an interconnecting room when booking, but when we went there, no interconnecting rooms were available and we got that after 2 days which was really inconvenient. The interconnecting rooms had no balcony and the rooms felt suffocating. For a 4 Star hotel, there was no room service available and the laundry at the hotel was unavailable.
