It was centrally located. Staff was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar was very cool. The room we booked had a couch which was very nice rather than having to sit in uncomfortable chairs.

While the property was absolutely amazing, the staff was even more so. Bara (Barbara) in the lobby bar was such a great hostess. I felt like having a drink in the bar was like a 5 star concierge service as well. She really made our stay. introduced us to a couple travelers down the bar and was great with suggestions of places to see. She’s also a great bartender. She asked my partner what her favorite flavors were and crafted a cocktail on the spot that was great! We really enjoyed the entire hotel. The front desk staff was fantastic too. And, during breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to be of help. This was by far my best stay in Prague over the years. And, I travel a lot. Thank you for such a great property and, more importantly, an amazing, fun, and helpful staff.
