Clean, affordable, lovely staff, breakfast included and close to downtown activities.

It’s not the first time that every time I check out the receptionist gives me problems. Last year I had paid for breakfast but I am not a breakfast person so it was meant for my brother who had travelled overnight to meet me there in the morning. They said he couldn’t have it. In January this year, my driver helped take luggage to me room and we discussed my itinerary for the following days, there was none anyway to help with my luggage. On check out they tried to charge me for having someone extra in my room for the night. I missed breakfast, no phone call to check.

The bathroom- a glass cubicle would be very helpful in managing water on the floor after one showers.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of town, near to everything and there's a good supermarket just opposite . Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good air con (Kisumu is hot!) and wifi. Really good value for money.

Breakfast wasn't the most interesting or much of a choice but was ok.

Noise from an all-night night club nearby Lack of guest information privacy at check-in; multiple guest were attended to simultaneously and at times personal information would be accessible by others. This is probably a cultural thing where there is less recognition of personal space than other parts of the world. I suggest that you serve one customer at a time or get a bigger front desk with multiple attendants to serve more than one person at a time.
