A tramway station was really near the hotel, so the hotel was far from the city centre and from all tourists places, but this tram station give it a plus because it goes to all active areas from Sultan Ahmet to Dolma Bahga and other active areas.

It was really shame to let us pay for water, what a 6 TL for two bottles per day from the 50 Euros? Also the refrigerator was not working, I cooled my water putting it over the AC. Additionally, the breakfast was poor, I went only once in my 6 days stay, and never again. Lastly, the cleaning is average, it was just a surface cleaning, and changing the towels, but they keep the bed cover and many other things as it is. Also I used the mugs and they kept it dirty after cleaning the room. They save money from everything, to a level that the toilet papers roll was very thin and used from the first day, they put two used rolls one of them was about to finish!

Varasimme hotellin uima-altaan ja hamamin takia, joten oli suuri pettymys kun saapuessamme kuulimme että uima-allas on poissa käytöstä. Menimme kuitenkin nauttimaan hamamista ja saunoista, mutta alakerran spa-osastolla oli todella epämiellyttävä haju (ehkä home?) jonka takia emme halunneet palata spahan enää uudelleen. Hamam tuntui myös hieman epäsiistiltä, joten pieni remontti voisi olla paikallaan. Spa-osastolta löytyi myös kuntosali, mutta siellä ei toiminut ilmastointi, joka teki urheilusta lähes mahdotonta. Jouduimme pyytämään kahteen kertaan henkilökuntaa korjaamaan huoneemme ilmastoinnin, koska emme saaneet sitä käynnistymään lukuisista yrityksistä huolimatta. Huoneissa oli myös kokolattiamatot ja kylpyhuone tuntui hieman epähygieeniseltä. Sijainti oli kaukana keskustasta, eikä alueella ollut juurikaan nähtävää. Ratikka kuitenkin kulkee läheltä ja vaikka matka kestää pitkään se vie kuitenkin suurimmille nähtävyyksille. Valitsisin kuitenkin seuraavalla kerralla hieman uudemman hotellin paremmalla sijainnilla, vaikka se olisikin hieman kalliimpi. Tämä hotelli nimittäin kaipaisi kunnostusta.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms that we stayed in was at the top floor. Shower broken, ripped towels and lightning lamps. The pool was empty. The parking is very small for the hotel capacity. You must be very lucky to find a spot. A long distance from all the points of interest. Totally different reality from the pictures on website.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was below par; the entire space including the wardrobe and bedside tables were dusty. Our room, which was meant for four, had only one glass, and to make matters worse, we had no hot water on the second day of our stay. The so-called balcony was another letdown with no view, just a wall, and it bizarrely had snails on it, despite us being on the third floor. Additionally, the balcony door was broken, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were equally disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and there was a persistent moldy smell in both the hamam and the sauna. The massage rooms were also very cold, which detracted from the experience. Most concerning of all was the issue with my wallet. I noticed money was missing after leaving it in a locker at the spa. Although the staff showed me security footage and nothing suspicious appeared, it was the only place my wallet was left unattended. Lastly, parking was another hassle, only available after 7 PM. I cannot recommend this hotel given these numerous and varied issues.

Not much to like, the property is very far to the city. Basically add another 50 minutes to get in place.

The property has no parking spots even if it’s saying on booking, they don’t so have to find a place by yourself. The pool it’s open between 5pm and 10pm and the water is very very cold. We couldn’t eat anything from breakfast due tu poor condition of food: eggs already boiled and cracked and had literally just 2-3 eggs so you had to wait/ask for if you want any. no vegetables, just some old apples and also we found humans hair in the bread. The room even if it has a balcony is not a real balcony because as soon as you opened the door, there is a big wall in front of you. The bathroom had poor light and had mold and rust almost everywhere. Unfortunately that’s a no.

Das Hotel ist Hellhörig. Im Zimmer gab es kein Welcome Trink Wasser (gratis). Kein Glas für Zahnbürste im Bad. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucher Zimmer angekreuzt. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber leider hat das Zimmer unangenehm gerochen.

Everything is fine. Good size room, everything nice and clean. Good breakfast. Very good value for money.

That i dont smoke, but somebody smokes in other rooms, and that really feels, especialy in toilet.
