Great location

Internet had issues

- location is just next to the place de la comédie - quiet - the receptionist who helped to carry up my luggage (as the hotel lift was spoilt) - staff generally courteous - the cleaning staff was polite, efficient and non-intrusive - the waitresses at the breakfast lounge were helpful

- the breakfast spread was rather limited - the lift was spoilt (have to lug the luggage down by myself, well, i guess it was a chance to strengthen my arm muscles :-))

Location is excellent, the overall decor of the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are quite petite but you have everything you need.

The room temperature needed fixing...was very cold initially...and we had to get the main reception to deal with it. Second night was better.

This historic property is perfectly located in Montpellier. The family rooms worked great for our family of 4. The staff was extremely helpful.

parking is close, but not onsite. They do offer a discount for the hotel.

location is good, breakfast is fresh and delicious. staffs are nice and helpful.

Room is too small for four persons. Sofa bed isn’t comfortable. Car couldn’t reach the lobby and people need to walk to the parking.

Once at the hotel, foot traffic was easy. The neighborhood included a mall, nice Christmas market, and many restaurants.

The hotel was average and didn't accommodate heavy bags well due the stairs. The city streets are in complete disrepair surrounding this neighborhood. It took hours to find a way into the hotel. Stay in another city if you can. If you must stay here, park far away and take the city trams to the hotel.

The location is very close to the city proper,Gare station , and very accessible to the nearby tourist places. So it is not a problem for roaming during the evening. The reception incharge were very accommodating and nice.

Beautiful old hotel, tastefully renovated with style and elegance. Central location yet quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Very efficient air conditioning and pleasant unobtrusive staff. Can’t find anything to fault.
