Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut. Das Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet, nicht neu aber gut gepflegt. Das Hotel ist Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und ruhig. Das Personal zuvorkommend, es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.

The staff went above and beyond. They really seemed to care about the customers. The breakfast was amazing - all of the choices was incredible!

breakfast was exceptional, really delicious and fresh. They also have a great bar - rather for the evening, very good selection of gin and whiskey. Plus great service.

The location was good and we liked the ample parking space.

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Heidelberg. Breakfast was delicious. Lounge area for a drink at the end of the day. Free parking available.

Room was a little cold and only one blanket. A little out of town if you didn't have a car but trams are very close by.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a big parking lot. There is a tram stop in short walking distance. It takes approximately 30mins to get to the city center and the tram goes every 10mins - at least on a weekday. The room had blinders which is a big plus.

Could listen to the movie in the room next door. Can't tell if the sound was extraordinary loud or the walls were thinn.

The common areas looked very comfortable although we did not take advantage of spending any time there. The hotel was only a 10 minute drive from the downtown area.

The elevator was quite small and the sign said only one person at a time. Our shower door was at least a half inch above the floor which was the same level as the shower which consequently leaked a lot of water into the bathroom every time we used the shower and there was never any hot water. there were no tissues in the bathroom. The hotel room furnishings were outdated and the television was extremely small.

Very friendly staff, very clean, great breakfast

Excellent breakfast and a lovely spacious room. Traditional, beutiful hotel and the car park was very convenient for our programme. We had wonderful service in the restaurant. We were very grateful to the kind owner for serving us a couple of pints to drink in the beautifully furnished lobby and the owner was just about to leave the reception. Thank you for everything.:))))

good place location even not in city center but easy to reach with public transport train or bus services, very helpful staff night or Morning shift, I like there breakfast serving food on table in professional way. it is excellent hotel.

Location is very good in terms of access to the city. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel. Parking was included in the room rent which justified the costs of room.

Cleaning ends already by 11am . This means if you want to stay late in your room and chill , u are either disturbed by cleaning folks or u get no cleaning.

Hotel is clean and comfortable.I can visit again when I go to Heidelberg. Staff is very kindly and friendly.Bathroom is perfect.Sheets and cover are very clean.
