Great beach in walking distance! A refund has been paid as compensation for not having running water for two days.

Running water was salt water. Parking not good, risk to damage car tires. Door could not get locked at arrival, but has been repaired immediately. Furniture was very old and repaired with sticky tape. Small shower (needs also some repair).

Sea view listing is misleading. The property is far from the beach. The sea is obstructed by trees. Salty water on whole island. Cost-value relationship high.

Very good location! Exceptional people and very good attitude, very clean and tidy, close to all the famous beaches (Small and big Simos), less than 10 minutes from the ferry dy a car, walking distance from the Panagia beach, perfect view from the room. Perfect vacation place!!!

Beautiful property, close to the beach (walking distance from Panagia, Megali, 3 km from Simos). on the wonderful Island of Elafonisos. Our room was very spacious, quiet, pleasant, a beautiful terrace with sea view and a very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast served in the room. Very nice and helpful staff.

Everything was great for a 3 star rated facility. The precautions that management took in this Covid period stood out. Impressed with their approach to develop an inline breakfast order form to avoid crowds at buffet table. Breakfast was delivered to room on requested time. Clean facility, close to Simos beach (2-3 miles) and walking distance from another good beach. Friendly and attentive staff.

Super quiet and spacious. Very clean (room is cleaned on daily basis). Great balcony. Fig tree in the garden. Handy kitchenette. Free baby crib. Free parking. Convenient for families with children because the beach Panagia is maximally 10 minutes away by foot, crystal clear turquoise water, not crowded. The most popular beaches Simos and Lefki are only 3 km away by car. Great restaurant Ta nisia tis panagias is around 1 km away by car, overlooking the bay of Panagia beach. One tip, be sure to buy water and some supplies in advance. I highly recommend because it is a wonderful place to stay!

Tap water is somewhat salty, I guess the water supply comes from a well that mixes with seawater. It depends on you if you can tolerate it or not, but for me this did not pose a problem at all.

First night was perfect and everything was tidy clean air conditioner was working fine during first night but second night we asked to extend our stay stuff was very friendly and nice but the air conditioner stopped working at night we were 4 in one room we couldn’t open the windows bcz there is no mosquito filter so the night was really difficult specially for the baby. The water in the shower was salty I’m not sure if it’s same in the whole island or it’s just here.
