Lovely apartment. Sary,the host is very kind and helpful.

Location was good. Easy to travel with bus to Lecco for example. You can also travel with ferry to Lecco or other cities by the lake. We go for example to Mandello del Lario for swimming. Ferry goes just front of apartment. Owner was well contacted to us all the time. They take care that everything is ok. We could easily contact to them.

Apartments advertise has many pictures from few apartments and we didn't know what kind of apartment we get. Apartment was little bit disappointment in the beginning because we see many other pictures also. Kitchen could have more equipments. There was not air-conditioning (that we knew), so it felt little bit hot some moments but there was fans, what helped.

Everything was great! Very nice apartment, quiet area, clean, good location, stunning view, free parking nearby on the street. Host was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help

We were there in July, which the weather was very hot and high humidity. Although fans were provided, but an Air-conditioning would have been really helpful.

A longer lead on the iron -sounds a silly thing, but it made ironing our clothes for a wedding difficult.

The property it self was clean and tidy, beds were okay, the view from the rooms were absolutely amazing.

There is a constant clanging of bells from the boats which makes it difficult to sleep at night as was too hot to close the windows. and there is no air conditioning. At the back of the property it’s cricket’s making a lot of noise.

Location was exceptional. Right across the road was lake Como and a bus stop if you need public transport (which I would recommend even when visiting with your own car). Facilities were comfortable and suited our trip perfectly.

Only public parking available. Luckily we were able to park across the road without any issues when we stayed there.

The location, the view and the apartment itself was perfect for our family

The lack of AC made it quite hot in the evening so the windows had to be left open resulting in flies getting in.

From early evening till the mid night was so loud music and noise, my didn’t sleep well, and me too.

The view is great, but it comes with a cost... It's right outside the street.. Allot of traffic, motorbikes, the bar downstairs, that is open until about 01:00...you hear everything very clear with the windows closed. The neighbours upstairs, jesus... 😒. Very noisy!!! My kids, 1 and 3 years old woke up 5,6 times a night... Every night!!! 😒Besides the ferry, that comes about 4,5 time per day, it's about a mile from any other public transport, stores....You have nothing to do in Pare... If you don't have a car, forget about it...very hard to move around with no car... I don't want to say anything about the owner, just that he, personally disappointed me. I regret coming here.

Be aware when booking this appartment. This listing on Booking.com is extremely misleading to its customers as the appartments are totally different from each other. The appartment we stayed as was: - Noisy, as it was above a bar which played loud music till mid night; - Blinds wouldn't shut properly, - Smelly, it smelled like mold and cigarettes; - Not clean, the floor, bathroom and beds were dirty.

Location Number 1. Beautiful view through the window- Como lake. Silence and peace.

Only one thing was disturbing that you can't leave open windows for the night because sound from the street is very noisy. Also in the evening you hear the bar noise downstairs.

The service provided by Lucca always keen to help. The views on the lake and mountains, 2 bedrooms with good beds, water pressure in the shower was excellent, a public water fountain next to the appartment with fresh water, only 10 mn by car from Lecco centre, perfect location if you are kite surf lover. Good free parking 200mt in front of the appartment. Also possible to park on the street for free. Initial point of the route to Bellagio (which can be noisy on Sunday with all the motos going there)

The apartment we had was on top of a bar restaurant with noisy music 7 AM till 23.30PM ( in covid curfew otherwise is all the night). Not a place to rest. Not enough dishes and then you have to use the dishwasher too often. That is not ecological. No place in bathroom or bedrooms to put the stuff or clothes or towels. We had everything on the floor.

The balcony overlooking the lake and the lake which is just below your feet. Above all, Lecco is a short distance away. Perfect parking place guaranteed 24 hours Quietness. Having a car one can reach the opposite bank of the lake across the bridge and enjoy a great variety of luxury cafeterias, shops, places of interest or have a boat trip of the lake

There were no WiFi. Not the single packet of tea or coffee, no sugar no salt and a bottle of liquid soap for hands was half filled with water. Heating is suggested only for separate payment. But it is compensated by the personal charm of the landlord
