Well located hotel. Close to everything and really easy to get to Palermo for a more upbeat nightlife. Felt safe walking around the area to nearby good bars. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful.

Some rooms felt a little dated but overall, quiet and clean.

Due to unforeseen health issues had to change reservation to 1 night only which we informed them of upon check-in. The hotel offered to enquire about a credit for the remainder of our paid booking & then in fact credited the remainder.

pool is indoors & although a lap pool it is very shallow so not able to swim lengths.

Well appointed rooms, all staff very efficient & helpful. Rooms were very clean. Lovely vibe, both eating venues are great with great selection of wines

The staff, the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed massages at the spa.

location is fantastic with nice green Recoleta area is just few steps away. beds are very comfy and pillows and duvet are very good . room is spacious and nice and cool in a hot day

there only things I would like to point out is no lock on a toilet and door does not shut properly, also water in a shower is barely warm but there is hot water in a fabulous wooden bath .

It is near the park that opens into Eva Perron’s cemetery. Food stores within a few blocks. Lots of restaurants and cafes. About 15 minute walk to main parks and about 20-25 minutes to Pink Palace. The staff is fabulous. Very helpful. Breakfast is a huge variety and very fresh. Steakhouse on site but I didn’t use it

My only complaint is I could hear the hall doors closing off and on. Not a constant so not sure why.

Very bad condition of manteinance and dirty room and bathroom. There are much better options for what you pay... We stayed 15 days (3 rooms) and they did not have the courtesy of giving us NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES for a later check out I asked for....INCREDIBLE Rooms not comfortable...little space for storage, bad light, bad A/C system

The bathing/plumbing facilities in the oddly prominent bathroom area were obviously created with decor magazine coverage as the priority - NOT actual use by human beings. Awkward and inefficient.

the gym area could be bigger

the staff were wonderful! the spa was great, the resturant delicious. the beds were very comfortable nice pillows! nice cotton sheets. I didn’t love the way they made the beds without fitted bottom sheets as they were tangled ever morning. also I wish the spa stayed open a to u but longer and there were a few more kid friendly options on the menu. the breakfast was incredible. overall nothing at all to complain about! only lovely things to say about the hotel. looking forward to returning.
