five courses gourme dinner with a very professional waiter was a very nice touch. Breakfast was buffet most of the days including fresh salmon, wonderful prossuto and pastries which were fresh wonderful brought to the table of warm beverages, and fruits. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and bathrobes which was a very pleasant surprise. My sister was served with a desert with a candle for her birthday. The hotel is very central in the end of the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. There is a free shuttle bus free of charge which stops in fromt of the hotel. The hotel is clean and has a modern homy atmosphere. we will be defently come again.

The fact that we wanted to call the police from the reception and we were refused. No kettle i with tea and coffeen the room.

The room was very spacious with a balcony that gave great view. The beds are great. The room was silent. The bathroom was very nice and with a bathtub (with several options like bubbels but we haven't tried it ourselves). We did not expect a room this comfortable for this price (maybe it was cheaper because of Corona?) There was also a free sauna (between 3 and 7 PM) which was great.

The shower was in the bathtub.

I was there in July 2020, for 3 nights, with my son. It looks like the Rooms (and Bathrooms) are newly renovated… They were very clean, every day the cleaning Maids were there. The Staff was very nice and helpful. I can nor understand the bad reviews! For us it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you & Greatings from Germany!

We were very happy with our stay! No Problems. What shall I say? We will book it again. Yes. OK, das ist nicht normal, ich muss meckern, aber ich habe nichts Schlechtes zu berichten...

Perfect location. Very comfortable and spacious beds. Nice huge balcony.
