Excellent food, very nice and extremely clean pool and well cared premises, beautiful location at the pebble beach, showers and toilets also to be used after or before check inn/check out as well as other services so extremely well use of money and least with this weekend offer ! Even all alcohol drinks included in all inclusive. Nice board games and yard games to borrow and good sport fields.
The website said about boats boards and other water sports, thought this would have still been the season but obviously not as they were not there.

Nice resort spacious rooms comfy beds, zen pool was great for quiet adult time.
The French club. They cater solely to French speaking clients, you forget your in Greece.
Food was good but would have preferred more authentic Greek dishes

well laid out with great pools and wonderful beach with outstanding food for all inclusive
thr facilities are dated but our Bungalow was recently updated so it appears they are making upgrades

everything, food was cold, shower was cold, heating was not working, the phones where not working had to walk and speak to reception but they were not helpful at all

We really like this resort as we can eat along the beach and the sea. It is an incredible location. Some of the food was incredibly delicious. The people are so nice and welcoming.
We had to do a spot of work on our computers however the wifi did not work inside the room only on the balcony in the corner.
Also Regarding food my son has dairy and egg intolerance and my husband has a severe nut allergy. There was no alternative to normal milk. The food was not labelled for allergies. So my husband avoided all deserts and some of the food where he was unsure and my son did not have much choice for breakfast.
There is a small area for children but there is not much to do for them.

It looks like this hotel has been taken over by RTI mass budget tourism .
Not 4 star . Plastic/paper cups , plastic cutlery , barrels no name brand wine and spirits : NOT because of covid !

When we arrived at the hotel, we were given the keys and when we entered the rooms we saw that they were not cleaned and dirty. After that, we did not want to live in this hotel.
When we asked to come and resolve the situation of the hotel manager - we waited half an hour until he came us. He was unfriendly, didn't provide any compensation, even didn't say sorry, and just replaced the rooms with others that were not in the best condition either.
We tried to refund money because rooms looks different than on booking.com but manager said - no option to refund money. It is first time in our life when hotel didn't approve refund money. So we didn't have other option as live in this hotel like in prison.
We traveled with my parents and it was a terrible stress for them to wait an hour on the street on 45 celsius while the manager changed rooms.
All-inclusive food and drink are bad.
Rooms are not in the best condition (outdated renovation and outdated furniture) and without soundproofing.
Room cleaning is awful, very dirty.
The staff is unfriendly.
This is not a 4 star hotel, not hotel for human, just for getting money.
We booked rooms in more that 50 hotels and living in "Kinetta Beach Resort and Spa" is the worst experience to live in hotel in our live.

The location was beautiful surrounded by mountains and the sea
We stayed on an all inclusive basis. The provision of water was poor, limited to small plastic cups. I feel that water bottles should have been provided in the rooms.
There were days that only one side of the buffet was open therefore there were huge queues when trying to get your lunch/dinner.
The WiFi was extremely poor, we had to constantly go back to the reception in order to effectively log on.

Breakfast was brilliant. And the location absolutely amazing.
The experience was overall really great. Wonderful location and great sports options. The only thing that was a disappointment was the gym. We would love it if it could be updated. It was useless. Otherwise, we loved it. And we will definitely come back. Thank you
