The place was very nice and quite close to the bustling areas while just far enough away from it. Parking was also readily available close by (for a Sorrento price). We very much enjoyed our time and felt right at home. Will a baby and too many bags we also appreciated the elevator, a rarity on our trip. 3 things to note: Make note of the cleaning fee and confirm what that covers. It was a shock on arrival as we had overlooked it but the. We’re surprised by some level of daily service. Take time to learn the A/C controls especially the sweep function otherwise it is very localized and hard to balance. It would be nice if they fix the master bed. It dips considerably on the entry side. We never did report it so won’t hold it against them.

Bruno met us and provided a great orientation . There is a wine store just up the street that sells wine from vats by the liter. The Primitvo was as good as as I've had anywhere and it was 3 euros . There's a grocery store next door . It's an easy walk to the train station .and to almost every place you want to go in Sorrento . The place was clean ,comfortable ,quiet ,and about as convenient as you can get .

Very helpful host with excellent communication and fast response. The flat is well located, just a couple of minutes from the historical centre and town activities. Very clean and functional.

This apartment is in a residential area a few minutes' walk from the centre. This was our third stay in Sorrento and the best location yet. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and responded promptly to any communications. The apartment is clean, well decorated, comfortable with all mod cons including balcony. The beds are great and there are proper shutters on the windows keep the apartment cool. The apartment is above a little salumeria which is handy for bread, meats, yoghurt etc in the morning for breakfast. There is a pizzeria across the road which does not look terribly inviting but does a decent margherita for Euro4.50 which was a God send at 11.00pm at night! Overall, I would have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Sorrento. I found it great value for money and would happily stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom apt. It has a central location walkable to ports, trains, several grocery stores & restaurants. The place is spotless. AC worked efficiently. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Mario was most helpful and gave us some very useful tips & information. The master bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was of high quality. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in Sorrento! The apartment was good sized, well appointed (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, tableware, flatware, etc.) and clean. It was a bonus that the house cleaner came everyday! Mario (the apartment manager) was amazing - he made sure we had all of the information we needed, gave us good advice about where to go, how to get there and when, and he went above and beyond in every way. For example, my son needed to see a doctor when we were there, and he got us in touch with a local doctor. He even helped us pay a parking ticket after we left, because we couldn’t figure out how to do it online! He was really exceptional. The only issues we had with the apartment were the beds - the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the one in the smaller bedroom had been advertised as having a pull out bed. But when we got there, we realized we couldn’t use it, so one of my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. If you don’t need a third bed, or if you don’t mind using the sofa bed, it is perfect. Overall, it was a great apartment, good location, and we would highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and how welcoming Mario was. Daily cleaning was a bonus and the flat is easy walking distance to the city center. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was a bit tricky but Mario helped out upon arrival.

This apartment was the perfect size and location. It has a great layout including balcony space and had great modern updates. Mario was super helpful from the moment of booking through arrival and even post departure as we continued our travels throughout Italy. As an avid traveler and having worked in the hospitality business for almost 20 years, I have pretty high expectations which were exceeded. My friend and I spent 3 nights here in May 2018. The apartment is centrally located in a great area, a very short walk from the main Piazza. It has a large balcony, it's well appointed and we both enjoyed having our own bedrooms for a few nights on this long Italian trip we were on. We used the washing machine and drying rack outside which was great after many days of travel. Everything in the apartment worked wonderfully and with the automated blinds down at night the apartment was pretty quiet despite being in the heart of things. But most of all, Mario, the owner was SO easy to work with and so kind. Also, Monica, the housekeeper was very kind as well. Additionally, Sorrento in general is lovely and so are the people there. I'd highly recommend renting this flat; you will not be disappointed!

Mario is extremely professional. He will provide bus and ferry schedules before you arrive. He is prompt and very responsive to messaging over the HomeAway app. He provided a list of restaurants and made reservations for us. Mario even went out of his way to call the ferry we had booked for departure because he was unfamiliar with the company. It turned out he knew the owner who was just starting a new ferry service. He certainly showed great interest in a smooth, comprehensive trip experience for us. The apartment itself is great. It’s very new and shiny. The air conditioning is superb. The bed is ok. The clothes washer works very well, but there is no dryer so we had to lay out our clothes all around the apartment, but we were very happy to be able to clean the clothes. Most dried completely overnight. The location is about 3 American blocks from the main pedestrian street and located directly on the main commercial street about 4-5 blocks from the train station, the only one in town from which the Circumvesuviana and Campania Express (both use same track but C.E. has fewer stops) end. Two blocks from a grocery store. I would recommend this place to everyone! There is a second small bedroom with a twin bed in it, so you could bring a third wheel with you...or 2 small kids or one big kid.

Couldn’t be more convenient for access to everything you want to do. Restaurants, cafes, shops, marina grande, ferries, trains and buses all just a few minutes walk away. The flat has everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Sorrento. Thanks Mario, we will be back!

Clean, safe easy walk to city square, shops, cafe, church and beach. Mario is an excellent manager everything in apartment worked efficiently. If you rent this apartment you will be very pleased.

Stayed here 6 nights using as base for visiting area sights. Clean, modern, well kept unit with lots of features. Ten minutes from train station. In a residential area, with groceries available very nearby. Also a short walk to historic city center, 15 minutes walk to the Marina Piccola for boat trips. Fairly quiet at night for being above busy streets. Landlord, Mario, very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were welcome and we found good food there. This is a fifth floor apartment and the small elevator did not always work. Be prepared to climb five flights with bags. Neighboring buildings undergoing stucco resurfacing --noisy daytime activity. Check with landlord before renting if this will be a day time issue for your visit. Wasn't for us as we were out during daytime hours for the most part. Would recommend this apartment to friends, and we would stay here again.

A trip to such a beautiful place was made so much better because of the host, Mario, and the property. Mario was such a great host and a gentleman. He has a really nice property in a perfect location. From booking the property to getting there, Mario kept in contact and gave great recommendations for our trip to Sorrento and also in and around Sorrento. Traveling with my family, we felt safe in the flat and in the neighboring areas. Everything is a short walk away. The property was is great shape and clean. All the amenities were there, as well as a cleaning person to tidy up after us. I would highly recommend Mario and his properties to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

Great location,a good host who suggested many good restaurants and things to do .Several times we went out in the early morning and we came home to find the dishes had been done.....a bonus after being out in a summer's day.We would stay here again.

The apartment is exactly what you see VERY CLEAN. It’s close to everything, great location and Mario is on top of everything. He’ll give you local knowledge on places to go, eat, see and suggestions on things you shouldn’t waist your time on. Spacious apartment close to sightseeing and transportation. Easy walk to the water, shopping and restaurants.Excellent service from our host with recommendations for private transfers and restaurants. A beautiful area and great central area fir travel to nearby cities and sights.

Mario was very helpful orienting us to town and making restaurant and adventure recommendations. He was responsive when I texted questions. The unit is very clean and has everything as promised (except the tumble dryer - we used the clothes line). I recommend this for anyone visiting Sorrento who wants to feel like a local while having easy access to all the tourist spots and more.

Central, clean, great service

Everything in the listing is true to how the flat was. It was newly renovated, and situated very close to the main square of town and about a 10 minute walk to the beach & train station. The flat is one building down from the best wine shop in Sorrento and there's a car/scooter rental next door as well. The property was clean, well-maintained; just a little difficult to find at the start of the trip. The cleaning service nearly everyday was great. They kept our flat looking brand new and they were always cheerful and tried to talked to us even though they barely spoke English. Anytime we had a problem whether it be with air-conditioning, Wifi, etc. - the response was immediate and the problem fixed. Great place, great price, great management - We loved our stay in Sorrento, and this apartment was a driving factor.
