The customer service was amazing and also the workers changing the bin lines and cleaning the BBQ where really friendly people , great staff.

Cooking utensils were dirty, all on-top of kitchen cupboards were dirty

the cabins are spacious, clean and good for families. the water park and pools are great and we had a blast using them along with the go karts.
the only improvement I could suggest is there is only one aircon in the cabin which is located in the lounge room which is a good location but the main bedroom gets awfully hot and I believe an aircon in the main bedroom would be a great addition. Unfortunately and this is no fault of the parks but we did return back to the park after a family event late at night to guests fighting and using fowl language which our kids and many other people witnessed.

The kids areas were fantastic, my children loved it, go carts were great, kids trick or treat was great also. movie night and coffee van is fine wonderful.
Bed was very hard. Blinds did not cover the window so sun was beaming in at the sides - not a deal breaker but I had to put a towel up.

great place to stay the property was amazing great for family gatherings or couples and family. the camp kitchen amazing sit and drink over looking the billabong cook dinner or just relax

Fantastic rooms, comfy and clean. Staff were very helpful
Room was quite noisy. The M1 was situated right outside the bedroom windows.

There was plenty of activities for the kids and adults, Great for all ages.
The kids loved the water park, they made new friends.
BBQ's were set up great, I liked that they had cleaning equipment and taps near the bbq area.
The villa was not cleaned properly, it smelt like dirty mop water was used to mop the floors. There was mould on the shower curtain and very dusty in the main bedroom.

being able to get a taxi would have been good. We had a 630 booking, booked a taxi for 615, at 715 we cancelled our dinner reservation and had to get menulog.. i know its not your fault, however it may be something you should address with the taxi company

Great little park and great facilities. The main water slide was closed while we were there, I presume because it wasn't all that warm. (Our daughter would have still gone on it though!!)
I didn't realize when booking that the park was right next to the motorway, though wasn't too loud. It was however right under the flight path of incoming airplanes which was rather noisy.
There was also light coming right inside our bedroom window all night through the side of the blind. Not sure if it was a street light in the caravan park or perhaps a light rom the motorway. Made for some early starts with our baby!

the facilities and location was brilliant
cabin did not if smell like it had been cleaned, beds were made the entire cabin was filth all surfaces had not been cleaned oven was disgusting full of fat and smoked out the cabin when we turned oven on. Food was left in cupboards

I enjoyed the park, great place for my daughter to have fun at the water park and pools. Comfy and cosy cabin.
My only downside is we were right next to what i think was a motorway so was very noisy at night. But the park itself was awesome.

Waterpark was great fun for kids. Accomodation was nice and spacious, suitable for family stays. The pools were nice and clean and the water slide was fun. The park and jumping pillow were also great fun for the kids.
Parking spaces too small. Equipment needs some facelifts, repairs and maintenance. Umbrellas in pool area need to be replaced or upgraded. Air con in cabin wasn't great.
