I liked that I was leaving the next morning

Useful for the airport stop over. Good size room
The gym is just a couple dumbbells and 1 other item, not very useful, the pool didn’t look very clean or inviting. Property felt slightly dated. Breakfast was okay. “Airport shuttle” is only at 3 times during the day, so not very useful if it doesn’t match up to your flight like ours didn’t.

The staff were helpful and kind. The driver to airport was on time and friendly. It’s a few minutes to the airport by car - we only stayed because of an early flight.
The first room we had was awful. It smelt terrible, had blood spots and other stains on sheets. it was visibly dirty. Door handles, walls, light switches, the bed head, the tv screen, the wall tiles in bathroom…. nothing had been cleaned properly for what looked like a long time. We “upgraded” to a room facing the pool which was better as could at least open the door and not feel so imprisoned. However this room was also dirty… not as dirty as the first but the floor was sticky all over and to see freshly squished mosquitoes on bathroom tiles with blood streaks really confirmed that the cleaners don’t really clean.
The pool was murky and after seeing how dirty the rooms are no chance getting in there!

great location close to airport and hotel provided pick-up service we much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was very noisy during the night and we we woken up often with doirs slamming and what sounded like repair work being carried out during the night, even though I requested a quiet room. The TV control did not work probably needs regular battery operation checks

Staff were very helpful , to print 60 pages of documents for us.
When we enter the room, we were surprised to find very beautiful and lovely flower decoration on the bed welcoming us. Very thoughtful. Thank you to house keeping staff who took the time to make it . Really appreciate it.

Just the fact it is near the airport. Kind staff.
As soon as we arrived we found a really dirty room, with stained sheets, broken windows, dirty curtains, dirty towels.. And then, suddenly a mouse came out from under the bed! So, after the staff killed it, they offered us if we wanted to change the room. Of course we did, and the new one wasn't really cleaned again. The food wasn't really good either. The Hotel in general is dirty and full of insects and mosquitos.

bed bugs and lice (i now have a itchy scalp and need to treat it), centipede in bed sheets, moth in room upon check in, it says free airport transfer but only runs twice a day so unlikely it fits your schedule and end up paying a taxi (the hotel charge 50,000 whilst a grab is half the price), asked for breakfast at 8, didn’t come at all and didn’t bother waiting after 8:30 and left - i mean, why bother running this hotel at this point, you don’t even care about your customers.

Ideal location for airport transfer, free shuttles running throughout the morning or your own one can be arranged for a small 50k fee. Nice spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities and a good restaurant with a wide selection of dinner offerings.
I had a few bugs in my room and the bath/shower mat had not been properly cleaned as there was a stain on it. Would be nice if there was an ATM facility at the hotel but this is only a minor inconvenience.

Good hotel close to the Lombok International Airport. The room was clean, nice swimming pool, friendly personnel, free shuttle to the airport (8 am, 10 am, 12 pm).

The restsurant is set in a lovely position by the pool and has an extensive menu.However the food is rsther average and on the expensive side.
The corridors could be noisy and there was a hugely annoying French family knocking on each others doors until 11.30pm and then again at 6am!! Queit zhe rest of the time.

7-min drive to the airport with free shuttle (which is actually a private car ride). Staff took our breakfast order the night before and drove us to the airport 10 mins before the scheduled shuttle timing as we were ready to leave early.
Overall the room felt a bit old (eg toilet and floor had stains). Food was rather pricey as compared to the typical price in Lombok. There were mosquitoes in the room and unfortunately we didn’t sleep well cos we got bitten all over.
