The apartment itself is fine and clean, nicely furnished. There is one major problem with the property, which needs to be put in capital letters at the description of the property, so other people would not make the same mistake of booking it for the family of four:
THERE IS LIMITED SUPPLY OF HOT WATER!
So the apartment is 2 bedroom pullout queen bed in living room, hot water supply is for exactly a quick shower of 1(!) person.
We stayed there as a family of 4 for 6 nights. On the first night we discovered that we didn’t have hot water at all, so maintenance came over and had to fix smth in the boiler, then we had supply of water for one person at a time with the breaks of an hour (!). We were actually lectured (!) by the stuff on how we should shower! They went over that this is how it is in the mountains, but we take ski trips all the Ike and this is the first time we encounter such a crazy problem of shortage of hot water in the large (and expensive) hotel.
Please also be aware that this unit is on the first floor, next to the entrance and next to the elevator, so - constant noise and no view.
Never again.

Right outside the entrance to Yellowstone National Park west gate. The unit was clean and had all the basic necessities needed but also close driving distance to some restaurants in the area.

Family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights to visit YNP.
The condo unit we rented was fully updated and looked brand new. Bedding and such was high quality and we all slept well.
The building overall was a mixed bag. It appears this property is under near continuous renovation.
So much so that the overwhelming smell of carpet glue and paint is everywhere all the time. The strongest I’ve ever smelled in any hotel or rental property.

The VRBO at WorldMark at West Yellowstone was fabulous for our visit. The location was perfect for easy access to the west entrance to the park. It is also just blocks from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center which was so interesting!
The facility itself was so comfortable & fun! The grandkids loved the pools & the game room. Our room was clean & well stocked with everything we needed. Both the gas fireplace & the large balcony with table & chairs added to making us feel right at home!

The staff at the property were so friendly and even surprised us with a signed birthday card and cake for my husband's 50th when we checked in! The property was as expected - the kitchen/apartment had everything we needed as a spacious & comfortable base for our time at Yellowstone. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. The YS West entrance was right around the corner...while West Yellowstone main street, Bear & Wolf Sanctuary, and Arial Adventures were all just a few blocks away and easy to walk. Great location for an enjoyable week away!

We really enjoyed our stay in West Yellowstone at Worldmark. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It had several fun activities for the older kids. It was in walking distance to West Yellowstone for eating dinner, shopping or getting ice cream.

Ideal Proximity to Yellowstone Entrance
This was a perfect property for us to get into Yellowstone quickly as well as enjoy all the restaurants and shops in town. The latter we could walk to which was great! The room amenities are everything you need when traveling - great to head the washer/dryer as we could never predict the weather and had to do multiple loads (also allowed us to pack fewer clothes). Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Was not clean at all. Hot water heater didn’t work. Hopefully this is just a one time thing. We have stated Otherworld marks that were very nice.

This is probably the nicest property that you can stay at in town. Great amenities with pool, hot tub, game room, the rooms are great for accommodating a family. The Murphy Wall bed is such a fantastic option in comparison to the traditional sofa sleeper. Staff was excellent during our stay, fast, friendly, very helpful and greeted you as if you were family.
Our only complaint was the room was not as clean as one would expect. The kitchen floor had a squashed raspberry that had dried and stuck, and when cleaning that up, the paper towel came away very dirty. There was some candy wrappers under the linens that hang over the bed, along with a dirty tissue. It wasn’t overly dirty, but certainly things were missed. Still, those things aside, a wonderful property to stay at and the owner of the property was great with communication.
On a side note, some instructions on the heating system would have been helpful, as we found the switch that controlled the ceiling fan in the living area also controlled the overhead heating system. When we though we were going to be cooling off the room a bit with the fan, we realized after the fact (came back to a very warm room) that we were heating the room.

We were disappointed with the inability to be flexible with our dates of stay when weather conditions forced major changes in local race events yet our property manager was unable to accommodate any changes nor give us any type of refund. We had many friends staying at other units at the same complex who were able to get some or all of their $$ back yet we were not.

We loved staying at this condo. We were 2 couples around 70 years old visiting Yellowstone. I wish the pool and hot tub had been available. I thank Heidi for giving us her WiFi password!!! We’d stay here again.
