Breakfast

My first absolutely negative feedback. Bar on the open working just fir private party Room service start working at 15:00 (3p.m.) I asked reception to help me to find covid point test for Uruguay trip ( I came to them many times, it's was working time so they can call to somewhere, next day was holiday), also asked them to help me to find info, if I need to do it. So they find pharmacy for covid test, we came but was closed) Finally I spent 4 hours, I find it by my self and most important, that it's not necessary to have test. Most unhelpful reception, what I saw! Terrible bathroom, like on a ferry. I also booked a room with a balcony, at the reception they wanted to give me without a balcony and asked why I need a balcony if we are only staying for 1 night. Then they called someone and told me that they were doing me a favor, they gave me a room with a balcony.

Well located and breakfast was one of the best in Argentina. Great veg and eggs, with hot sauces. Spacious room with wonderful bed and shower. The day staff, especially Nico, was very helpful.

Minor issue, but our bedsheets had holes in them. Gym was cramped with few options or space for a quality workout.

Nice stay in central Palermo Hollywood. Rooms were big enough and quite simple. Relaxed by the pool and had the amazing breakfast in the mornings next door. Great breakfast and nice people that were willing to help out.

The location is perfect, lot's of nice places to eat or drink, two steps.. I liked very much the people at the reception, extremely helpful!

The breakfast was o'right, but the breakfast room was very black, which is nice for evening, but in the morning because of the darkness and almost no llamps, was it a bit depressing. Also the music was very loud.... Many loud Americans in the hotel, but that can be incidental...

the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. the buffet breakfast at sacro was simple but tasty. i especially appreciated the gym and the pool

i personally did not find the staff to be super friendly

Location. Lovely cafe next door (oli).and other cafés etc. Bike available to use for free was fun (fixed wheel/no brakes).

Breakfast was very disappointing, coffee was undrinkable and.scrambled egg was very overcooked and pretty horrible. Staff not bothered. Room had an annoying buzz. Rooftop was soulless and unloved. Generally felt more corporate than the vibe I was expecting.
