The room I stayed in was under the viewing deck so did jot have a roof, which made the ceiling so hot. Even with the aircon at full blast, the room felt hot until midnight. The towels were old and had stains in them I saw a cockroach in the bathroom

Friendly and accommodating staff

We should've been told that the hotel is far from whre the tricycle will dop us off. It took us a while to find it and to my surprise the hotel is at the top and we have to take a vey long and steep stairs. Not recommended if you have asthma, heart attach, bringing children especially elderly. My mother had a hard time climbing up

Friendly family business.

My WiFi didn't work but I didn't mention it to the staff. I'm sure there would have sorted it out. Very friendly family. Highly recommended

The location was great. The hotel can be reached by taking quite a few stairs but to be honest the stairs weren't steep so it was easy going up. And the view you get in return was really amazing. The garden is also very beautiful and there is free coffee in the morning at the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly.

The room can use a bit of restauration. The bathroom shower was very weak, the toilet didn't flush properly, the TV remote didn't work and neither did the room WiFi. We could connect to the reception WiFi and that worked well. There was a small kitchen with a fridge but the sink wasn't really clean. The linnen was OK but it would be a good idea to invest in some nicer hotel linnen.
