Easy to locate and close to many places.

The receptionist that attended us when we arrived didn’t really know how to explain the rules of the breakfast included and she didn’t mention anything about the jacuzzi or terrace. our flight arrived very early (7:00) and check in is at 15:00, so we had to wait all that time. Which is fine, but we were also tired and just wanted to rest and walk around to make time go by. We got back at 14:00 after walking around and asked her if the room was available yet and she seemed bothered that we asked and she tells another receptionist in front of me, “Estos señores es que llegaron muy temprano y el check in no es hasta las 3… así que no está listo.” We knew the rules, but we just wanted to ask in case it was ready. We didn’t appreciate the pettiness. At least that’s what it felt like to us.

Lovely hotel, the location is amazing! Super close to everything you could want. Breakfast great each morning, slightly different options and a buffet drinks section. Staff lovely, happy to assist when we wanted to stay an extra night.

Rooms not soundproof - other guests were super loud (not the hotels fault, but maybe inform guests to keep it down after 10pm and before 9am) we had someone playing guitar outside our room at 6am one morning

I loved the location, hostel was simple but clean and staff were helpful.

Rooftop jacuzzi except it closes early. Inroom.jacuzzi, location is amazing for restaurants, bars and anything I needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and good price is key for this hotel.

They charge you for a different guest even though I paid for two people. Buffet breakfast was horrible. But they were willing to make eggs to order when asked. Room was very small. Ok for couple nights. Tv box was dangling in front of screen. Appears they had attempted to fix before so I didnt bother complaining. Wifi was weak.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel and easily accessible area. Safe area as well. Room and bathroom were clean. AC works with no issues as well.

Good location, clean hotel, the room was fine. Bed was okay, too. Hot water in shower. Close to the restaurants and shops (1-2 minutes). Parking in underground garage for 6-7 cars, works as "first come, first serve".

Breakfast was weak. Nothing to chose from, they didn’t bring more food when something was gone.

As professional and facilitating as you would expect from a good hotel that understands hospitality. Great value for money, especially on this central location.

1. The location is brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in walk distance, especially one restaurant provide peru food is absolutely yummy, it was the best food experience during Medellin trip. 2. The public work space is convient and conformtable.

They are helpfull I can not speak spanish but one of the staff member can speak english.
