Sehr netter Kontakt, hervorragende Lage und viel Platz. Einzig das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person war ein bisschen hart. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂.

Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung nicht geputzt. Der Müll, die Pfandpflaschen, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher der Vorgänger befanden sich noch dort. Wir waren geschockt, der Vermieter bot uns lediglich 50€ Entschädigung (von 351€) oder die Option einfach zu gehen. Wir verlangten 75€, was er ablehnte. Da wir keine Wahl hatten - denn die 351€ waren bereits über Booking bezahlt - ließen wir uns drauf ein. Er bot an, die Wohnung selbst zu putzen, was wir ablehnten. Das in der Wohnung vorhandene Putzzeug (dreckige Schwämme, ein einziges Paar benutzte Putzhandschuhe), sah nicht besonders vielversprechend aus. Also haben wir von den 50€ Entschädigung erst einmal Putzzeug (neue Lappen, Handschuhe und desinfizierenden Reiniger gekauft). Die Ausstattung war semi zufriedenstellend. Es gab einen FireTV-Stick ohne Fernbedienung. Der Wasserkocher so sehr verkalkt, dass Kalkbrocken bei jedem Kochvorgang mit hinauskamen. Die Abzugshaube sah aus, als wäre sie schon mal angezündet worden. Unter dem Bett wurde anscheinend noch nie gesaugt. Auch hier befand sich eine erhebliche Menge Staub und Müll von vorherigen Mietern. Im Bad befindet sich Schimmel - sowohl an den Fliesen, als auch am Duschvorhang. In der gesamten Wohnung waren einzelne Schubladen rausgebrochen. Der einzige Vorteil war die Lage, aber man sollte lieber mehr Geld drauflegen und eine schönere Wohnung wählen.

Its perfect for a family stay. Clean and great facilities. Bedroom has a king sized bed and also extra beds on the side for more people, it also has an iron and ironing stand which was wonderful. Living room has a big TV cabinet, dining table and a sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom too. The location of this house is perfect as it is 2 min walk from Bismarckplatz which is central to Hbf, Schloss and other places. Theodor brücke and the lawn area is just 5 min walk which is a good evening relax spot. It was very thoughtful for the host to keep an umbrella as it was a rainy season.

Only thing I was not very satisfied personally was that the bathing area which is a bath tub. It is extremly clean and good because water will not spill out of the curtains, but for aged people it is a little hard to climb into a deep tub and shower while standing and step out. My mother slipped but was thankfully not hurt. Would personally recommend a movable seat inside so people can sit and shower.

Nice apartment, perfect for 3 people. It is well located: 2 minutes to the city center by walking. The owner welcomed me in a gentle way and cared about me during the housing.

The location was perfect and the host was extremely helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, two separate rooms, a small kitchen and a big TV.

The lights in the bedroom were not always working, they should be checked.

The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of hot, high pressure water to shower. Location was perfect just nexyt to Bismarkplatz. Our host went to great lengths to find us a free parking space as our car was too high for the local convenient paid parking. And he was a really nice helpful guy.

All was fine for us but I imagine some guests would not be quite so impressed. Lighting was not optimal, some bulbs were missing. The host offered to replace them but we said not to bother. Kitchen facilities were adequate but rather limited and the kitchen was small.
