Clean, spacious rooms, everything new and feels like its still in the process of developing

Breakfast is just for the record, consider it nonexistent. Some of the staff is too loose, you can sense that there are some management shortcomings.

The service, the cleanliness, the bed

This may not be the best place for light sleepers as you can hear absolutely everything throughout the hotel, you can hear your neighbours, the people on other floors, even the water running in other rooms. However, the staff are really nice and it is clean and modern

The hotel is very comfortable, the shower is awesome, it feels like you are getting a massage.

The WiFi on the 7th floor is slow and the TV never worked.

location!!! laureles is a good location, restaurants and pubs were within walk distance, it’s not as fancy as El Poblado, but you can take an Uber and go to the fancy area be it takes 15mins staff as friendly and the rooms have a good size Have in mind we were 3 adults, 2 rooms and the Price was Great!!!

Hot water failed two or three times, this is important for a slightly cold weather in Medellin… breakfast is almost the same every day, but it’s ok for the price cleaning failed two days on our room

Excellent location!!! The hotel is one block away from La 70. The staff is friendly. The room was is large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and common for Colombian hotels. I always visit this hotel in my visits to the city. The hotel maybe not be pretty from the outside, but it is very comfortable in the rooms.

The toilet room was small, but clean. I’m 5’7” and it wasn’t all that bad, but I can see how someone that is 6’1” would be crapped up trying to close the door and sit comfortably on the toilet.

The staff were very accommodating and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the middle of the nightlife. I’m not a bar-goer or party person, but if I were!👍🏽 The breakfast was decent, something to eat prior to getting a good lunch. I have lived here on numerous occasions and will go back when I return.

I’m not a big fan of the rain shower, but it can be good on occasions. However the shower head had a couple of the micro spouts twisted in the wrong direction and it caused the water to leak out of the shower area. Also, the bathroom is not very big. The toilet room barely closed when I was inside the bathroom, I am 5’7” and 160 lbs. just to give you Ian idea.

I loved the energy in the hotel . The hotel staff was amazing. Everyone greeted you at all times . The food was basic but to made with love . When I return to Colombia I will frequent this hotel. I will also recommend family members here .

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The showered had hot water. The wifi was strong and had a very decent speed. It was an excellent location. I had seen this hostal many times before, but I underestimated how comfortable and clean it really was.

The breakfast ended early. Also, the bathroom was a bit small. I am 5’7” and it was impossible to close the bathroom door, once you are on the toilet. The shower, on the other hand, is very spacious.

It's a great location in you like to go to Son Havana for a good night of salsa.

The room was really nice. 1 big double bed which could have held 3 persons (of medium size) and 1 single bed. The bathroom and toilet were clean and AC was nice especially when coming in from the outside (hot during the day). For the price it is worth it. Just that the bathroom is not a closed space, the glass is thick and no see thru but you can hear what is being done in the toilet from the room (but no biggy if you are a couple or close friends) some may be uncomfortable.
