Lage war direkt am Eingang zum Park. Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig und umfangreich. Toller Bustransit zum Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Distance to the lakes Unbeatable !

The staff was very unfriendly and unapproachable. There were so many staff people but with very little exception, they didn’t smile and seemed a bit bothered when approached with questions or needs (which I hardly had). But when I did ask for information or assistance I was met with a gruff attitude. I would also like to mention that there were no fresh fruit served during breakfast. That seems pretty standard.

Excellent location within walking distance to the Park and ferry boats. Massive facility with potential to have many quests, but we had a quiet room that was fine. Very good breakfast. Check in was easy.

Location

Very small room, dirty and stained carpet. Peeling paint and chipped tile in the tiniest bathroom. The place reeked of tobacco smoke The worst feature: no a/c while the temperature outside was +30 degrees C, and the room was close to +45. We had to leave and lost $300

The destination was superb.

It was a bit dated and the drain in the bathroom was smelly but we had a tip to place a towel over it which worked!

Comfortable rooms, excellent location and wonderful very helpful staff.

Nothing not to like but a kettle in the room would be a good addition to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on our balcony.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right on the entrance to the national park. The hotel is in a retro style, but very clean, neat and well maintained. The spa with the whirpool and saunas i small but functional, clean and comfortable, the staff is extra kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, abundant and tasty, the dining room is beautiful, the a la card restaurant is also fantastic, we loved our short stay in the hotel and can recommend to anyone.

So hot inside. Super - in 2 hours my shoes was totally dry! Pleased lotion! I took both me and my friend)

Restaurant - some problem with ingredients understand... So tne one in my mind... And result for me was diasaponted. Be careful with stuffed ingredients)

considering the offer (3-star hotel), the price is very high (e.g. sleeping on the couch they charged €100/night). the price of the food in the restaurant (considering the offer), the price is very high and unrealistic. the window cannot be closed.

Polite and professional staff. Beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel is located very close to the N2 entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the lakes. The buffet option in the evening was like a noisy school canteen so we opted for the restaurant that was obviously more expensive. The service was good the waitress was extremely nice and the food was good.

We booked a junior suite and whilst our search was for 2 adults and 1 room, I hadn't realised that it came back as 1 adult and so the cost of the room rose from E161 to E199 yet nothing extra was being provided. There were 2 tubes of coffee in the room and when we asked for more, we were directed to the bar to buy one. The room was quite stark, and the hotel/room lacked any atmosphere or soft furnishings hence we could hear everyone's plumbing and conversations echoed down the corridor.

Location

The location is perfect, its a 2 minute walk to the entrance of the lakes. Its around a 10 minute walk to the bus stop too. The lakes are beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was quite dated and the bathroom was quite tiny (attic room). You are quite limited with hotels that are very close to the lakes so we didn't mind and it was only for one night.
