had a comfortable stay, the location was ideal for our night away. The staff were superb(Thankyou Michael) who was really polite and cooked a superb breakfast

it was very cold on arrival.. with a small radiator we were told to use! building very old and drafty. shower and toilet tiny. no hair dryer!

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was clean, location is 5-10 min walk to Ramsgate port.

We was welcomed by a young man he was pleasant and he cooked the breakfast in the morning with another young man they did well and food was lovely Great location 10 mins walk from harbour I didn’t want to be too close to harbour as it can get noisy at night live bands ect Hotel was clean and basic but was nice place to stay I would recommend

Nice hotel, short walk to town centre. Affordable, friendly staff, very clean and a good breakfast!

great location , friendly staff , reasonable price , plenty of towels , tea/coffee etc , nice communal longe with chocolate and drinks . decent shower plenty of hot water

no toilet paper in room, no staff based in hotel so difficult to ask for some , bed headboard bangs against wall when you move , which wakes you up.

The rest. Didn’t have breakfast as I left at 8am, no one to hand keys to. No answer on phone room not clean.lights not working clutter in corner plus a extension wheel with lots of plugs and it was cold

Over priced cost, but during period where hotels trying to recoup losses during covid. Hotel need lot of tlc poorly maintained in places, can see money spent on hotel, needs lot more.

Great hotel in a great location. Only thing I would say is that if you are coming by car there is no reserved spaces to park so it took a bit of time to find a space on the street. However I would definitely stay there again.
