Spacious, well equipped house. Good central location. Lots to do in area. Lovely beach on doorstep although sadly not dog friendly in peak season. East beach dog friendly though and not too far.
Down side of central location did mean opposite very noisy Wetherspons with continuous noise from loud generator as well as people. Parking bit tricky outside house as tight but other parking available for free not far away.

Good location, very close to the beach, big enough for 11 adults and 1 child. The hosts were lovely and accommodating.

Everything! Exceptional accomodation..super comfortable with the added bonus of the beach being right on your dootstep. Stayed with family (12) Ample space and more......great facilities the place actually had 2 bathrooms and 1 seperate wc...the host were amazing and accomodating to any needs, changes or requests we had! Would without a shadow of a doubt stay again (literally planning our next visit already hope to book for September again!).

Excellent location by the harbour in Ramsgate. I have stayed in a number of properties where the owner provides the minimum possible in terms of facilities and the quality of fittings etc. This property is an exception, it was well equipped (two fridges, quality cutlery/crockery, lots of bath towels etc.)

It was above our expectations, the location was fantastic, very close to the beach, town, pub's and restaurants. The instructions were given well in advance including the parking information. We were given contact information if we had any problems. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending it for a lovely family holiday

The location was excellent and the house beautiful and authentic British seaside property, the facilities were great with plenty of bathrooms for the amount of bedrooms. Great dining facility with a large wooden table as well as a dining room . The decor was really well thought out with the type of house and sea views to boot. A truly great experience and will return at some point.

This house is perfect, clean, lovely furnished, huge rooms, ideal location just over the road from a sandy beach. A wonderful stay, would highly recommend it, great for a family break.

Located close to sea front, pier and weatherspoons, did not move car after we arrived
Parking bit of a problem,as lots of flats/houses and limited spaces, and double yellow lines often ignored making movement difficult. Free down the road 6.30 pm to 9 am.
