Superb Location for Stornaway & Touring Lewis! Excellent Room, bed & Bathroom. Breakfast and Seafood Platter were exceptional. Most impressed by the very helpful information emailed to us at time of Booking which made our stay so memorable!

Honestly, this is the best experience I have ever had on a vacation. Hosts were absolutely amazing. Food was so fresh and delicious and the view was magnificent.

This guest house is incredible!!! The facilities and location could not be beat and the owners are out of this world amazing. Do not miss out on home cooked dinner - it was some of the best food we had in Scotland!

As with all guest house/ B&B the walls are a little thin but nothing that takes away at all from how incredible this property is

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from the back of the lounge is stunning. The.cooked to order breakfast was wonderful.

Beautiful view and short walk down to a little beach was perfect for our puppies. Lovely breakfast!

Absolutely wonderful stay! If you are looking for a welcoming, comfortable B&B with easy access to a beautiful beach this is the place for you! The breakfasts were filling and delicious and the facilities well beyond expectations. If I could rate it more than 10 stars I would!

The walls between bedrooms were a little thin but there is a no noise policy in place which everyone respected so it did not affect me too much.

Bad soundproofing (could easily hear normal talking in the next room) No EV charging A bit too tight schedule (dinner served only at 7.15 pm sharp, and breakfast needs to be booked to a specific time slot between 8 and 9 am). I understand this as it’s a small family-run guest house, but when on a holiday trip you may like a bit more relaxed approach.

Really enjoyed our stay, breakfasts good, lounge exceptional ,you could sit and while away the hours on rainy days

To be honest and a can understand why they do it but every guest had a time slot for breakfast say 8.30 not breakfast is between 8.00 and 9.00 .you weren’t allowed to help yourself to juice, cereals ect which on our first morning we tried and was “ told off” he would serve . Our first greeting, we arrived in pouring rain, didn’t realise what time it was (14.00) and was asked “what do you want, “said who we were; “oh checking in 15.00 “and that was it ,no pleasantries,so we left for an hour . We could of sat in the lounge to wait.

Ultimate seafood platter meal and the general ambience of the place plus spacious room and ensuite

Not much and difficult to fault. Only issue for us was the hours drive to Tarbert for an early morning ferry to Skye.

Location was perfect with wonderful views, Tom and Sue were very welcoming, helpful and made us feel relaxed and at home. Food of a high standard as are rooms.

It had everything anyone could wise for, extremely comfortable and a beautiful lounge to sit and relax while enjoying the view

Accepted dogs even ones the size of our wolfhounds. Really lovely accommodation. Very good service and information when required. Proximity to a beach to let our dogs have a run. Really good breakfast. One of the best of our two week tour of the north of Scotland. Fantastic views from the lounge area. Excellent small bar facilities with nice little touches like a cocktail menu.

It is hard to think of how this B&B could be improved.

Everything 😊 Exceptional room, beautiful bathroom. Lovely hosts, fantastic breakfasts enjoyed in a relaxing room overlooking the bay. The hosts’ attention to detail was above and beyond.
