ROOM 5 NICE LOCATION COULD SEE THE SEA FROM SIDE WINDOW. BATHROOM A LITTLE SLIPPY NOT OAP FRIENDLY BREAKFAST GOOD BUT BASIC STAFF FANTASTIC ITALIAN RESTAURANT AMAZING WOULD GO BACK TOMORROW AS THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD

I stayed at the hotel together with a friend of mine as I participated at Ironman event. The start and exit were just next to the hotel. This is excellent location for anyone participating in Ironman. Hotel staff took great care of us. Given they were aware that we were athletes, they provided early breakfast at 4.30am without any extra charge, and after arriving from the event even provided some extra snacks. Room was very clean and staff were very polite

Good location, clean and neat with nice interior finishes.

We booked and paid for a sea view room but instead we were given a back room - view was parking lot and a wall( on the other side) . Room was dark , next to the breakfast room / restaurant ,had x4 windows ( x3 parking lot x1 walkway ) that was eye level with passerby. We immediately complained but response was “ we are fully booked”. My question : how is it possible that a paid for “ sea view” becomes a back room ?

What a wonderful hotel. I took an upgrade offer, and had a fantastic room overlooking the placa and beach, with a small balcony and windows out both sides as well. Excellent staff who thought of everything, wonderful linens and pillows, plenty of outlets, easy walk to the Cascais old town area. The town is very touristy, and this hotel is in the center of that, but still managed to be quiet and feel like a refuge. Took a luxurious bath using their bath salts. They do a turndown service, in which the internal shutters are closed, the little towels are laid next to the bed for the feet. We sat out on the terrace and had drinks several nights--the bar was peaceful and the drinks are reasonably priced. Truly a wonderful hotel

The room wasn't ready when we arrived and when we came back later (after 3) it still wasn't ready. There was also some building work ongoing both outside and in.
