Beautiful location! Gorgeous city view at night.

A total disaster!
The room was extremely cold, the heater was not working.
I woke up in the middle of the night, totally freezing. They provided me after 1,5 hours a small heater, which was not really useful. I got sick due to this night and missed important meetings on the next days.
The wifi was not working in the rooms even after resetting the routers.
The reception promised to solve the problems but never did.
The staff and management was not nice and not acting responsible.

Location is just unbeatable. Magic and historical place, fantastic views. Interior decoration of the hotel is very good.
Rooms are somewhat dated regarding furniture, lighting.

Excelent location if you go by private car. Extraordinary attention from staff. Room extra sised with amazing view.
Being an acient building, some equipments might need a little attention: shower, television (only DTTV, and reception was poor).

hotel rooms dated need redecorating, Do not turn up after 6 pm as impossible to get any food as hotel restaurant is only interested in their booking for the evening and cannot be bothered to do sandwich or snack, Others staying had same problem we were staying for 4 nights.
room 204 had mosquitos in room got bitten badly asked in morning for room to be sprayed whilst out not sure if done as that night was even worst with mozzi flying around and biting the pair of us. Complained in the morning to reception and showed them the bites that were visible, under our clothing were even more. bites
on return on our last night the nice reception lady asked how our bites were as spoke to her the previous evening and told her she decided to change our stay to another room which was great but still needed some TLC but no mozzi. On checking out asked to see manager the nice man on reception tried him on phone to be told busy at an event to see us. We thought that was not very good customer services plus did not even want to discuss on phone. after 1 hour of the reception man trying to get his boss to see us we left. and will be complaining to booking.com

location was amazing but far from anything and all restaurants so not ideal when there’s no where to get anything.
front desk staff was great. evening dinner was good but priced accordingly. breakfast was awful and service at breakfast was very very poor. we ended up having to pay extra but not worth the money or time just had no other options.
property restaurant and lobby was awesome. room was extremely dated. the bedspread had stain on it. it was clean but very old. bed was uncomfortable and pillow too.

the hotel was a bit old fashion, but ok, the price is coverings this, what was a surprise the Quality of the restaurant
i mean the food, it wzs extra ordinary good, with good choice of wine, my wife took a marisco soup, must say very special, i took lamb, perfect made, anyway this was the good point, bathroom was ok, and the hotel is very quit, so if you like to book a room for 1 night, it's ok, parking cost you 1 euro, it's fair
wifi in the room was not working, ok they give me other room with wifi connection, the bed was ok but old fashion and small, breakfast was ok, but not the same levell as my dinner. it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel, as you need to enter a blocked road, by paying 1 euro it opens, this information should be giving by booking, i took me 30 minutes to locate the hotel, if you read this, then you know
