The hotel is at a rather comfortable location, just a bit outside of the central, pedestrian-only area of Cortina. The one-way road on which it is situated might be somewhat busy, and it's quite a long trip to go around, so take care. There is a rather limited amount of parking in front of the hotel, but they do have more behind it, you just have to take a left turn a bit before the hotel itself. The room was authentic, a bit old-fashioned, laid back, but comfortable and practical. The bathroom was probably renovated not long ago, it was in top shape. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and communicative, kudos to them.

While I loved the styling of the room, I was always afraid that the wardrobe would fall apart at any minute. The breakfast is more on the traditional Italian style than the classic continental side, meaning that you won't find lots of savory dishes (some cheese and ham is there, and you can cook yourself some eggs, but apart from this, you are left with sweet things).

Breakfast was good. The selection was good but limited and not to the level of other hotels. No hot dishes offered.

There were 8 free parking spaces at hotel. Nearby street parking was limited during the day and cars had to be moved by 9am

Everything was fantastic honestly, breakfast was amazing. Also the woman who worked evenings at the front of the desk wad especially helpful and friendly.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the balcony off my room was great. Excellent location in Cortina as well.

Due to the wood construction of the building, all noise carries. Bring ear plugs and it's fine.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good location for the town centre. A very comfortable bed with lovely bed linen. We had a good breakfast. We would stay again.

We were in room 55. The shower cabinet was on the small side which might be uncomfortable for a plus size person. We like to sleep with the windows open so we were quite aware of the noise of traffic on the busy road on our side of the hotel. Possibly not an issue for others.

The staff were phenomenal! The breakfast is one of the best you'll get your entire trip, and the view was unbeatable!

It's an old building so it's not soundproof, but it also is not super noisy, it didn't affect our stay in the slightest!

1.​ No​ CCTV for​ each​ floor​ and phone​'s​ friend​ of​ mine​ disappeared​ from​ bed during​ we​ went​ to​ have​ break​fast​, the​ Reception​ist​ and​ director supported to​ talk​ to​ someone​ who​ picked up​ my​ friend​ phone​ but​ he/she​ pretended​ to​ not​ understand​ us​ and​ we​ decided​ to​ report​ at​ police​ station​ after​ check​ out then​ the​ phone​ return​ed​ next​ day with​ obviously​ placed​ in​to​ luggauge​ we​ were​ back​ from breakfast​,​​ after​ that​ stay, all​ of​ us​ caried every​ possible​ value​ things​ with​ us​ all​ the​ time​ as​ afraid​ of​ this​ experience​ will​ happen​ again​ at​ other​ accommodation​s 2.​ If​ you​ came​ after​ breakfast​ open​ing​ time​ about​ 30​ min​ you​ will​ eat​ what​ are​ left, for​ us​ (3​person​s) only​ one​ bread available​ with​out​ adding​ more 3.​ There​ is​ kettle​ in​ room, good​ that​ can​ make​ tea
