Excellent staff at Lobby Desk for checkin, checkout, information. Excellent breakfast of pastries , cheeses, meats and fruit & service staff very attentive. Nice renovated room, bathroom.

Very nice room overlooking the mountain. Easy walk to town. Car park at the hotel. We were very grateful to have Marcel on reception explain Cortina to us and provide us with great hiking tips! Would recommend speaking to him before choosing your hikes. Really enjoyed the stay!

Breakfast good. Room newly decorated. Balcony overlooking mountains away from main road. Comfortable, clean, some character.
Spa treatments, even jakuzi bath was an additional cost to room rate. This was not the case in other hotels we stayed at on the trip. No air con ... this was just about OK given early in summer season, but this would be much trickier during the summer.

The breakfast was very good and convenient. We didn't have major plans for New Years Eve, so we played games and drank wine in the common area and had it all to ourselves. The location was great for catching the bus up to the lifts at Socrepes or getting into the main town area. All of the staff were very friendly and provided great guidance on restaurants and other activities.

Great view, comfortable room, nicely renovated bathroom, the spa was AWESOME (definitely worth a visit for the extra charge), short walk to the main area of town.
We visited during a hot period and getting the room cool was a bit challenging. The windows opened well but then bugs would enter. A fan or screen would help a lot. Breakfast was just OK - good for one morning but a bit repetitive and uninspiring for multiple mornings in a row.

We have had a very good experience with one of the receptionist who gave us very good advices. The second one was not very welcoming.
The breakfast was average. Same for the SPA we had to pay for.

Lovely friendly hotel - staff helpful and always willing to help. Clean and large room with lovely view and location right next to the Tofana cable car station. Breakfast great!

Location is just on the main road, so it’s easy to drive out to hiking destinations..

-breakfast was amazing, lot of homemade items and variety from one day to another, we all loved it
-the newly built spa was also absolutely fantastic, great clean facilities and beautiful view, was definitely worth the extra few euros
-the room was nice and comfy, the newly renovated bathroom was super nice but pls see comment below about the bunk bed
-the bunk bed for the kids was not safe enough with rail only on one side, I was a bit afraid every night that my son would fall from the higher bunk
-also we would have loved to take the kids to the spa, the kids would have loved the jakuzzi but unfortunately they do not allow kids in the spa.. we understand that kids make noise but perhaps they could introduce a time limit like we saw at another resort and allow kids in the spa between 3 to 5pm for example.
-we were also expecting one of the ski lifts to be walking distance but it wasn't easily accessible so instead we ended up taking the ski bus everywhere
