the soap dispenser in the shower room is defective. Good thing we brought our own shower gels, shampoo and conditioner.

Modern clean apartment with good kitchen. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. 100m from bus and tram stop to town. You could walk in 15 minutes to old town. Washing machine (with powder) and dryer in the basement. Check in with codes was easy.

It has underfloor heating which was too hot and you cannot switch it off. Even after cooling the bedroom down by opening the windows, it was hot again in 30 minutes.

Lovely clean, modern apartment for two people on the lower ground floor of the building- but still felt very light and airy and spacious. Being on the lower ground floor at the back of the building meant that there was absolutely no traffic noise from the street - our 3 nights there were very peaceful. It’s completely open plan, and the bed is effectively in the same room as the dining table, kitchen area etc. This was not a problem for us and the space itself is very large and very well laid out. The apartment was really warm and cosy, with a modern, well-equipped kitchen area, smart TV (we couldn’t get Netflix but did get Amazon Prime) and lovely shower room. The apartment block itself is in a great location, about a 15 minute walk to the main areas of Salzburg. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

New, modern, clean and very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our stay. There is laundry in the basement but no detergent so make sure to bring your own. The staff was very responsive and also allowed for an early check in and late checkout by 1 hr.

The apartment was a little far from town. The description said 10 minutes but it was more like 15-25 mins. There are several bus stops nearby though so it wasn’t a big issue. We had booked this for a group of 5 but half of our group had their flight cancelled and couldn’t make it anymore. We asked if we could adjust the number of guests to 2 people and get a refund for the difference but they weren’t able to change it as it was too last minute (this was 5 days in advance). That was a bummer but it was understandable. We had to clean the apartment before we checked out which was a little strange (broom clean, dishes washed and trash taken out). For $300 a night you would expect the cleaning to be taken care of.

you shouldnt believe what you see in the picture . what we got was a basement room instead of the pictures you see in the ads, and they dont tell this while choosing . it was very cold in the room esoecially bathroom , as THERE IS NO HEATING THERE . they told us " dont you see there are two dyson portable heater in the flat " , which came only the night prior to check out. make sure that you check the adress before you arrive as they forgot to write it . i am really upset about my stay

It is a clean, modern and well designed place to stay. Comfortable bed, kitchen with a dishwasher and you can also use the washing machine which was quite in time 🙂

There is only rain shower (upper shower) available, which was not quite comfortable for me to use.

Lovely conformable, tasteful apartment, great garden and rood terrace. Lots of nice touches on arrival - wine/prosecco/chocolates. Just 10mins walk to Salzburg Old Town. Great Italian restaurant Osteria-cavalli less than a 1 minute walk.

Apart from having to wash up the glasses and take the bins out, while rushing to leave on the morning of a very early flight (the apartment is not cheap and would've thought a bit of cleaning would be included in the price), everything else was great. There are no staff at all on the premises to answer any questions or provide advice/suggestions etc but this is made clear when you book the place.

Location is good — located on a quiet street, 2-3 stops from Old Town by tram/bus; view of Untersberg mountain just outside the house lot if the weather is kind. Clean and appliances in the apartment was new.

Bathroom mirror too high and couldn’t be used (we are 158-163cm). Apartment smelt like new paint. Riedenburg apartment is in the basement so no window views.
