The hospitality extended to me was absolutely exceptional! The service I received exceeded my expectations, with the staff going the extra mile to assist me. The convenient location further enhanced my stay's comfort. I can say with confidence that I eagerly anticipate coming back.
There could have been a greater variety of choices in the breakfast spread.

Ms.Chandrani Dutta is excellent, she made our evening. During our stay offered us happy hours in lounge which we enjoyed with glass of whiskey.
Also at the time of check out she given us some fresh bakery stuffs which we liked very much. She makes us happy in this visit.

Ranjit from housekeeping was very attentive. Smiling face towards guests also did his job with efficiently.

5 star hotel in Kolkatta with all amenities of true 5 star hotel. They still ordering between-flight stays from airlines so this is still high-class. Also if you interested they have very good bar

Staff calling me in afternoon after check out and he took key from me that whether you are checked out. Very poor response

I requested the manager to provide me a room with a good view and I was provided with it.. Even the shift manager called me up and asked if everything was good.. They couldn't provide me with the beer that I was looking for so they allowed me get my own drink from outside. They even allow outside food. Smooth check-in and checkout without any hassle. I was really happy with my stay. I could compare or say this because on the next day I stayed in the Peerless Inn kolkata and it was horrible.

Well located, clean and neat hotel. Apart from their own good restaurant, there are quite a few eating options in the nearby Axis mall.
Service is a bit slow in the restaurant. Could be due to not so well trained staff.

It was our anniversary night and we enjoyed a lot. They arranged a cake for us. Overall we were happy with the room comfort, staff behaviour, foods and spa service. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy an elite class hospitality.
Swimming Pool does not seem to me very attractive.
