Hotel pictures are not the same in fact Old furnitures Price are too high comparing the place.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, 1 night. In today's new age,modern stay experiences, the old world personal charm of hospitality is unfortunately sparse. I was happy to experience this old world hospitality at Kenilworth. The staff were very attentive and gracious, right from check-in to check-out. They even kindly escort you to your room upon check-in. I had requested a room away from the on-going construction work. They were happy to oblige. Also, they were accommodative of early check-in and late check-out request, which was of course subject to availability. The rooms are well stocked with amenities, good shower and comfortable bedding. Pro-tip : The hotel has a good locational advantage to the famous Park Street restaurants like Flurys, Kusum rolls,etc.. They are accessible by cab or a 10-15 min walk. The one way restrictions in Park Street can make it difficult for cab pick-up. Walking would be better or ask the cabbie for the easiest pick-up point near the hotel, if possible. Hugo & Finn is a cute breakfast place located down the road.

Small plumbing issue with flush prior to check-out. It is a single building with an adjoining space for weddings. So if there are loud events.in the evening, it can get noisy. Luckily my room was situated away from the event area.

Extremely small rooms. Very uncomfortable. Also Had to ask for every thing in housekeeping only then they gave but not voluntary like. Slippers, moisturizer, tea bags, etc.

Great Coffee and a good choice of English and Indian breakfast options - overall a good spread in beautiful settings.

Overall a good experience for a short stay. hotel is centrally located, and staff is very helpful and cordial.

Everyone were thoroughly professional and helpful. Salon was really good with all mod cons and natural day light. Restaurant was good.

Bed was double, not King-size & need to be changed. Restaurant seating needs updating. Upholstery and carpet are dated and needs refurbishment. Apart from these things everything was fine.
